Serene area on Lake Erie in middle of wine tour

A special place to have peace and quiet but near so much. Chautauqua Lake and Institution are just a short drive away. The village of Westfield is about two miles. Just a short drive to the marina with a boat launch and fishing charter. Your place will be about in the middle of the wine tour along Lake Erie. Plenty of restaurants and a smoked fish house nearby. Barcelona beach is a short walk behind my place near the mouth of Chautauqua Creek. A 14 acre preserve borders my property.
