Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Westerveld

The stay was very successful. The home is great, so is its surroundings. Although there is a dirt road and the house is in the middle of the forest, everything works well and there was no problem throughout the stay. I recommend this place because of the quietness and lack of neighborhood is one of a kind.

You get what you’re promised. Very good experience. The communication was excellent, very trustworthy and very friendly.

Cottage Leda has all the comforts, spacious seating area(s), kitchen and a lovely wood stove. Upstairs and downstairs a bathroom. So what else do you want? Dwingelederveld is within walking distance so you can walk away from the cottage and cycle. Had a wonderful week so after Christmas and with New Year's Eve. Often walking and cycling.

Beautiful house, spacious and clean in a beautiful environment against the forest edge. Beautiful Lhee is at walking distance, the Bospub is just around the corner.

Beautiful cottage near Dwingeloo. Due to the beautiful surroundings, the hammock inside and nice facilities in the cottage, you can relax. We also used the optional hot tub. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful house. The amenities were better than any other vacation home. The location and the view from the windows are fantastic. Our hostess was always available and lovingly took care of the great farmhouse and our concerns. There was even a cake for us as a guest gift. The area invites you to take long walks. The house is very spacious and lovingly furnished. We even had a Christmas tree and pretty Christmas decorations. The kitchen and amenities are like home. We spent nice hours by the fireplace. The spacious utility room next to the kitchen should also be mentioned. Space for everything you have with you. Second large refrigerator with freezer. I'm sure we'll be back!!!! 👌 Grade excellent

We were very happy with this cottage - beautiful, quiet location in the middle of the forest, and equipped with all the necessities and comforts! The contact with Anco and Martina was also excellent; they were very proactive in communication and gave us very clear directions and tips. A very cozy stay, in short!

We stayed for the second time in this beautiful accommodation and, as already 5 years ago, very enthusiastic about the house, garden, and the beautiful surroundings. Ragna and Lysander are very friendly hosts who have created a little paradise for their guests with a lot of love for detail. We had a wonderful week of peace in the villa. In the area many beautiful hiking areas and cities such as Leeuwarden and Groningen at rideable distances. Nice to go for a day. The host had nicely decorated the house in the Christmas atmosphere, so the real Christmas feeling was not missing. The fireplace completes the atmosphere!

Now and again you run into an Airbnb like this which ticks all the boxes. Raymond is a great host with excellent communication. His place is super comfortable and luxurious. The kitchen is hyper equipped, the tv surround system is a treat and you can cast your music to the Sonos system . The bathroom is huge and well equipped , the bed is super comfy. The location is in the middle of the woods and due to zero light pollution the starry skies are magnificent. Highly recommended

Calm and nice stay we had.

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

We (2 adults and 2 small children) had a wonderful weekend in the cottage. It is a spacious house with a large garden. In the garden there was a trampoline and that was according to my children the most beautiful of the weekend. The cottage has everything you'll need such as washer and dryer and a nice fireplace. It was also very nice that things like tea, coffee, hand soap and baking paper were present. The area is beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, surrounded by a spacious garden where it is lovely to sit. There are also a covered seating area outside. The house is also very practical, and there is plenty of room for 7-8 people to comfortably spend several days together here. Definitely don't hesitate to book here!

In the middle of the woods and among the estates. Excellent starting location for walking. Restaurant and Grand Cafe within walking distance and there also opportunity to charge electric car. We had a very nice midweek there. Communication with host Elbert is fast and enjoyable. Always responds quite smoothly. Certainly subject to repetition.

Beautiful location. Super well located. Everything important, whether shops or activities, is within 20 minutes' walking distance. You can take a nice walk in the forest. And if you take a 15-minute drive, you can also visit other great places nearby.
