Large sheltered garden, with spacious terrace at the chalet. Elevated plateau in the forest, overlooking nature. There are many cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes in the area.

There is a lot of peace and space in this unique place. Guests describe it as a mini paradise! This four-person chalet is on the edge of the forest with almost continuous flute concerts. Those who love the outdoors are absolutely in the right place here! The chalet is cozy and has a large veranda with wood stove. Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on a large hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no crowds. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you must drive a short kilometer on a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. Much quieter you won't get it in the Netherlands!
