The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
