The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not rise above 24°C even on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. A hut in the nature, with a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. There is a outdoor shower, with gas, so you have warm water. We have some animals around the farm, and Stefan build a nature playground out of wood from our own forest. There is also a meeting room with a normal toilet and a fridge. This you can use, if it is not rent out.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
