The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not rise above 24°C even on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. The street itself is a dead end, so there's no traffic, it's quiet, peaceful. The free beach is also 5-7 minutes on foot, so it's conveniently accessible at any time. Shopping options (Aldi) can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is comfortable for 6+2 people: 2 bedrooms+ 1 door separable living room.
