Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Western Transdanubia

Passing through for 2 nights. You have to want the peace and quiet. We found it wonderful but 2 days is enough. Adventurous approach. Uphill with very narrow tar road. House is simple but very comfortable. Wins with the hot tub. Nice neighbor where you can eat very well with a reservation of approx. 24 hours. Surprise menu😊. The landlady was also easily accessible by text message. All in all, recommended.

Our stay was just perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – the sauna and the Jacuzzi were clean and ideal for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location was quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! We had a wonderful vacation. The house and the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. You really rarely experience so much hospitality. The house is very nice and we already miss the stove. The area is charming, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very fondly. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. Wonderful experience. We stayed from 12/30 to 1/3. The house is in a place surrounded by greenery, in tranquility and a short walk from Trakoscan Castle (which can be seen from the garden). Everything is perfectly cared for, nothing is left to chance. We experienced “movie” evenings: fireplace, unique cabin atmosphere, dinners with family and friends, private spa. Only the snow was missing, otherwise really unforgettable moments. Toni and her daughter were always super available, even when we arrived late in the evening. They managed to find us a restaurant for dinner in no time. What can I say… I'd love to come back as soon as possible!

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

the apartment is very nice, large, clean and with great attention to detail. The location is also excellent, in the middle of greenery but at the same time a few km from the nearest towns. The host is very welcoming and has a welcome surprise for you. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy relaxation surrounded by nature but also for those who love to visit the neighboring historic villages.

Beautiful apartment with terrace, nicely decorated, very quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is very close to the central square of the city.

Eszeter was easy to communicate with and her Nook was comfortable and well appointed. The chocolates and coffee pods were much appreciated.

Fabulous accommodation. Beautiful and quiet, you are completely private. The hosts were super friendly and you could always contact them with questions, but they were also not intrusive, so we could fully enjoy our vacation and privacy. On the day of departure, we even received a care package. We will definitely come back, we enjoyed it sooo much :) Thank you for everything.

The view was the first thing that impressed us, followed by the beautiful nature surrounding the property. The house is very nicely designed, and the pool is amazing. We enjoyed BBQing every night. The contact in advance was warm and uncomplicated, and even during our stay you noticed how much the host is because his guests feel completely comfortable. We immediately felt welcome. The location in the middle of nature is just perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. We will definitely be back. It was one of those special places to just make you feel at home. We stayed over the Easter long weekend—two parents with four small kids—and had a fantastic time. Our host was wonderful: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He recommended a great restaurant that we all loved, as well as wineries, local grocery stores, and fun activities for the kids. The home was clean, cozy, and honestly really cool—the handmade woodwork and stonework made it truly unique and memorable. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and safe for the little ones to explore. We captured lots of great family photos that we’ll cherish forever. Just a heads-up: Waze and Google Maps took us a few houses down, so keep that in mind when you arrive. Highly recommend!
