We enjoyed our stay at Sepalika’s home, which was in a great location close to the city centre. Her housekeepers were very helpful throughout our stay and provided us with a delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. The six of us felt very comfortable and at home.

This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

Upul's property is beautiful. The caretaker was very thorough with her job and made sure we were comfortable, She even arranged a local tuk tuk for a dinner visit to town. It's a bit further off from the main touristy centre, but if you are seeking a quiet, beautiful retreat, this is great, and proximity to the airport makes it a perfect 1st or last stop from Colombo.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

I was privileged to have stayed at 7 Amber as it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The welcome Ravi and Rohini gave me was warm, friendly and typical of Sri Lankan hospitality. On arrival, I found food in the fridge to keep me going for the first couple of days. This helped me to get settled and enjoy the the apartment. The apartment was like a home from home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was spacious, clean and safe. The flat was very well equipped. There was a balcony at the front with a decked area. It was lovely to sit, enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea and listen to the birds. The apartment is an ideal location as it was very central and you could walk to the shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Ravi and Rohini were very friendly, kind and helpful. They even brought delicious home cooked Sri Lankan food for me on several occasions. I was very sad to leave as I felt I had become part of the family. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. My family and I had a great stay at Lahiru’s place! He was very responsive and waited for us to arrive after midnight! His place is very clean and in a great location - would highly recommend!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

After a terrible experience with another host in Mount Lavinia, I urgently needed to relocate to a safe and comfortable place, and this apartment was a breath of fresh air! Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good.
