An extremely welcoming place that had many things to do and accommodating our autistic children very well! It was a shame we didn't get the chance to make s'mores! We would love to come back to this place sometime since it is so peaceful and homey! We watched older movies that we forgot about! Thanks for the DVDs!

It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. It was a nice getaway. Not to promote my social media, but if you want to see videos of the pond and fishing, feel free to check it out on my page. Gerry’s place is just what I needed to disconnect. Close to some good hiking and outdoor activities. The place itself has everything you need for a short peaceful stay. Gerry himself was very welcoming and hospitable. I loved this place. I will definitely favorite to go back sometime.

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

Very beautiful Airbnb !!! Private and very quiet neighborhood , everything we needed was in the unit down to the Keurig pods , extra perk for the rice cooker and Instapot. The bed was spacious and very comfortable It was like being in our own oasis Lots of memorable moments and will always cherish our time there Check out as a breeze and will definitely come back again if we need another get away

if you stay here, and you should, please take the time to notice AND appreciate the detail, decore, and the detail that went into the renovation of this 'chalet'. I say this because I have spent a great deal of time in Bavaria and the Alps and this place is three different areas in one cohesive BnB. the photos and descriptions do not truly tell the story... this 'chalet' is AWESOME and it's within about 800 yards of a dozen great hikes with amazing Vistas...

We stayed here for 5 months and it was awesome! Rani is such a wonderful host, always willing to help us out. The location was great and close to a lot of attractions. Thank you again for hosting us.

My partner, pup, and I had a lovely and cozy stay!! Lots of thoughtful touches, cool artwork, and supplies. We enjoyed using the fire pit right by the creek, our dog was obsessed with the sun room, and we loved exploring the sculpture garden!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Rockville, MD! The location was fantastic—situated in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of shops nearby and three playgrounds within walking distance. It was ideal for both kids and adults alike. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five for a week. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. As dog owners, we especially appreciated the ample space for our furry friends to run around. Although one of their dogs didn’t get along with ours, the hosts made it easy to restrict access, so it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Overall, this Airbnb offered a great combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features. We’d happily stay here again!

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.

I had a lovely stay. I had anything I could need and the place was very cozy. Sooooo much storage in the master bedroom. Would be great for a longer stay.

It was a super nice little spot, as expected, very pretty and peaceful and got to introduce my dog to some wildlife. Laurel was great when roads were bad she even sent some groceries. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Awesome spot! Comfortable, private and peaceful. Great host, very responsive and friendly. Easy access to DC, National Mall, Arlington etc… Go see the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Air and Space Museum. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

This was a lovely space and location. Del Ray felt pretty idyllic during our springtime stay and we enjoyed the short walks to the many coffee shops and eateries. Parking was a breeze and check in and check out were simple and easy. The space is well-built and has a relaxing ambiance. Taking a Lyft into DC was no problem and reasonably priced. We would stay again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Quiet, private and easy access/walkable to places to eat and shop. The apartment had everything we needed! So well done, made great use of the space. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Can't say enough!! Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to DC! Host was very quick with response. What a gem of a chalet! Jo Anne and Kevin have put so much time love and effort into making such a beautiful custom experience and it was such a peaceful, lovely stay. Jo Anne was so responsive and helpful every step of the way and has you covered from top to bottom. will definitely be back again!

I really loved my stay at Farida’s place! The space was spacious, gorgeous, bright, warm, and cozy and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Farida truly thought of everything and I appreciated the little touches that made her place stand out from others. I absolutely loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to shopping and great restaurants, in addition to being super close to Rock Creek for running. Farida was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating! I really enjoyed meeting her and wish we had had more time to chat! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I look forward to staying at Farida’s place when I am back in the area!

I stayed here for one night to break up a long road trip and it was the perfect little spot!! The place was very clean, bed was super comfy, and it was in a great area. Highly recommend 😊

Lovely place to stay at for homecoming weekend. It was just the sweet spot between town and campus – walkable to most places. The place was thoroughly cleaned and had many towels and linens available for our use. The kitchen also had many supplies for if we had wished to cook. I thought the makeup removal cloths available in the bathroom were a very thoughtful gesture! And I appreciated how easy it was to control the temperature indoors, as well as not needing a physical key to enter the place. Highly recommend for whenever wanting to spend some time in Carlisle!

This Airbnb was very welcoming and had beautiful surroundings. My dog loved running around! Everything was super clean and they had binders full of activities and recommendations for things to do in the area. I would stay here again 😊
