Our stay at filoxenia was the BEST! It was a very beautiful place. The appartment was super clean and more than we expected. Nikos is a very kind man who helped us with everything. Because of him we had a super vacation!! :)

We had a wonderful stay overnight at the beautiful beach apartment. To sum up: - excellent spot with a private beach, you can use a kanoo, beach toys for kids, etc ... even a sauna - guaranteed sunrise - lovely decorations - warm hearted hosts - good equipped apartment, high quality standards of living - stacked fridge

Prachtig appartement met heerlijk zwembad en heerlijke Frappe! Strand en stadje dicht in de buurt. Drinken en eten mogelijk in bar mast het zwembad. Eten overigens heerlijk met beperkte kaart. Iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!!

Ottima posizione a un minuto a piedi da una spiaggetta bellissima e a 5 da alcuni lidi con ombrelloni a 9 euro al giorno. Camera accogliente e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Chris e i suoi genitori ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sono bellissime persone. Inoltre trattamento favoloso con camera ripulita ogni 2 giorni. Bellissimo giardino e spazio esterno. Inoltre c’erano diversi giochi “free for the beach”. L’ultima sera abbiamo anche assaggiato i fichi della campagna del padre, ottimi! Market vicinissimo e con prezzi non troppo alti. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, noi siamo stati divinamente.

Lovely place to stay with nice amenities for the price. Wonderful that we had access to the beach bar / restaurant and beach chairs, plus access to walk along the beach to visit other restaurants. Wish we had stayed longer than one night as Lagañas Beach was incredibly beautiful and peaceful!

We stayed there for more than 1 week, it was very good in terms of price and location, it was less than 3 minutes walk to the sea and that was very good, I recommend this house to everyone.

Hele aardige en leuke mensen die hier werken, je voelt je welkom en meer dan thuis als je aankomt. Het eten wat geserveerd wordt is heerlijk (vooral de gyros). Het zwembad is heel fijn, schoon en kindvriendelijk. Genoeg bedjes om te zitten. 1 minuut lopen naar het strand. Je zit aan een doorlopende weg, maar het voelt als een rustige oase. Alles wat te zien is op het eiland ligt op een goed bereikbare afstand. Eén mini verbeterpunt: douche kan iets schoner. Verder was het perfect, hele fijne tijd gehad.

We only had one night here but it was very easy to get to from the airport. The apartment was very comfortable and was spotless. Kyriakos was very helpful and communication before we arrived was great. I would recommend staying here 😊

Luxery Appartement trifft hier voll und ganz zu. Qualitative Ausstattung, helle Räume, blitzblank gesäubert, herzlicher Empfang, gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders erwähnenswert fand ich, dass im Kühlschrank neben den üblichen Wasserflaschen auch Lebensmittel, frisches Obst etc vorzufinden waren... dies habe ich in dieser Fülle noch nie erlebt. Es zeigt, dass man sich Gedanken macht und der Gast erstmal in aller Ruhe ankommen darf, um dann bei einer Tasse Kaffee, kleiner Brotzeit auf dem Balkon sitzend die Ruhe genießen kann... bevor es heißt einkaufen zu gehen. Ich werde sicherlich wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft an ausgewählte Personen empfehlen. Ich wünsche den Gastgebern nur Gäste, welche die erhaltene Wertschätzung auch zurückgeben und diese Unterkunft noch lange sooo schön bleibt.

Υπέροχος, προσεγμένος χώρος. Ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία! Ο κος Χρήστος και το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό καταπληκτικοί σε όλα (ακολουθήστε τις προτάσεις του για καλό φαγητό)!! Πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια με τα πόδια! Μία ❤️ έξτρα για τον υπέροχο γάτο Κούκι!

This place was excellent, and everyone was so kind and helpful and welcoming.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Sa position centrale permet d'accéder rapidement à tous les commerces alentours et à tous les points d'intérêt de l'île. L'hôte est très réactif et se donne du mal pour rendre votre séjour le plus plaisant possible (accès au potager, BBQ...). La présence bienveillante de son papa pour entretenir le jardin tous les matins ajoute de la convivialité à cette maison très familiale.

Harry and Sissy are fantastic hosts who truly shine in their commitment to making guests feel special! Their friendly and accommodating nature created a warm atmosphere that we loved. The flat is incredibly spacious, with cozy beds and lovely furnishings that made us feel right at home. Our favorite spot was definitely the covered verandah, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the sea while dining and practicing yoga. We had a wonderful time during our stay!

We are very happy with our stay at Dimaras Apartment. Danai and Kosta are friendly and make us feel really welcomed. We stayed for 7 nights. The apartment is clean, beautiful surroundings with olive tree grooves. There are plenty of parking space as well. Danai gave us very good recommendations about what to do, which part of Zakynthos we should visit. If we have a chance to come back to Zakynthos. We’ll definitely stay at Dimaras Apartment again.
