Very beautiful apartment, fully equipped and more. Very comfortable bed. Also on the positive side the cleanliness and communication with the host!

The place is perfect for spending a week in Zakynthos, with parking, and comfortable for going out to explore the island or visiting the capital. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Konstantinos was excellent, his answers were quick and he served us immediately in everything we needed. The house is very clean, spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood, with comfortable parking and a supermarket for the necessities right next door. Also, for the summer months, there are several beaches quite close. We had a great time and will visit again at the first opportunity!

**Great Stay in a Modern Apartment** The apartment was modern, clean, and well-located—just a short walk to the pedestrian zone. Free street parking was easy to find, and the host kindly offered free luggage storage. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, sunny, clean and comfortable. It is thoughtfully decorated and there is everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great, right across the park / square, a view of the ocean, and right in the centre so you can walk to all of the great restaurants and shops. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Our host was flexible and the accommodation had what we needed,especially a washing machine. It was close to restaurants, a beach and a mini market. I would stay there again.

Beautiful little studio, thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and perfectly suited to my needs. The central location is convenient for some local tavernas which are excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable , the air con kept it cool and I slept really well. If you want to explore beaches it is definitely preferable to have a car/ quad (or boat). I was lucky enough to have the pool area to myself for most of my stay but with all 3 accommodations occupied it could get a little too cozy , particularly with kids running round. Maria was really helpful throughout my stay, easily contactable and I certainly hope to return.

We had a very nice stay here. The owner and employees were all extremely friendly and created a very nice atmosphere. The pool and beach were also great. Recommended!

Ivana and Dionisis are fantastic hosts. Their accommodations are spotless with high-end linens and their restaurant serves wonderful traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. A snorkel is a must to explore the crystal clear coves right where they are located. There is a fair bit of traffic on the main road, but the general area is remote with fantastic villages and authentic Greek traditions, warmth and caring. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they had a two-bedroom to bring my daughter. Mostly, these people are so warm you feel like you are at home.

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

This please is very well located. If you like quiet and crowd-less place then you would certainly enjoy. The beaches infront are very nice with clear water. The gem of this place is Makis’ mom who helped us greatly in the place.

Don't think twice, this is the right place to take in this city. The only downside is the number of stairs to the apartment, but it's totally marginal if you're not physically disabled. The apartment is lovely, clean, tidy, equipped. The landlady is very supportive and very friendly. If I go back to the city again, this is the place I'd choose. There's no doubt. Had a wonderful stay at Faro Del Porto. Antonis was so easy to communicate with, and really quick at responding to all queries. He was waiting as I arrived and made me feel very welcomed! Ample space to park, just a short walk down to a little cove and the main port, and not too much further to walk into the main poros town. Probably one of the hotels with one of the shorter walks in this area, as most the others are up in the hills. The location here is perfect - high enough for the views but not too high that it makes it a mission if you don’t have a car. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh feeling and a simple yet luxury aesthetic, certainly for the price range. The balcony was large and provided the most amazing views, to literally see the sun rise without leaving bed across the poros port was incredible! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in poros, or even with those wanting somewhere to easily access skala whilst having a peaceful retreat away from the busy areas.

Susana is a wonderful host - super responsive, replied very quickly and gave us a lot of tips! She did everything to ensure we had a perfect stay! The place also had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a stunning view from the balcony and had a clean and peacefull beach nearby! This is an architectural gem of a place, beautiful interiors combining traditional stone with contemporay interior design. The house manager Vaios was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport to explaining all the features and local area. The cleaning is excellent from the pool to inside and always smelt fresh, with clean towels and linen every two days. This is such a great place to chill, with a spectacular view of the Ionian across to the Peloponnese mainland. Xygia beach below has new sunbeds and was a quiet and relxing place for our morning swim. The Taverna above is just 50m from the apartment and serves fabulous food morning to night. The portions are huge and run by the lovliest, friendly family. The roads were surprisingly quiet and it is very easy to circumnavigate the island. We enjoyed Daphne beach in the marine park for a trip South but for us the North of the island was just perfect and unspoilt. We would highly recommend and hope to return some time soon.

My husband and I stayed at Emma’s Cottage for one week in mid-June and absolutely loved it. The weather was fantastic, and the views from the cottage were simply beautiful — especially overlooking the bay. The location is ideal, just a 6–8 minute walk to Paleros, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants to choose from. There’s a lovely swimming beach close to town (about a 6-minute walk), and another more secluded beach roughly 12 minutes away on foot, just past Neilson’s. It’s a public beach with a small café and a restaurant, marked as Sunset Beach Bar on Google Maps. There are a few steps down to the beach, but it’s well worth it. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple, with an open-plan kitchen and bedroom. The jacuzzi was a highlight — relaxing with incredible views over Paleros Bay. There’s safe parking directly in front of Emma’s Cottage, which made things super convenient. While there’s a small grocery store in town, we’d recommend having a car, as a larger supermarket is

We had a great time: very large apartment, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the windows. Quiet area and close to Alykes beach. From there, we moved easily to visit the whole island. Dimitris was really always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, her mom made us try some typical sweets made by her for us and really great. We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good in Zakynthos and enjoy the holiday!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I immediately booked 4 more nights after my first night. Markos and his family are the gold standard of hosts.

The breakfast provided is delicious every day, and the host is friendly. The pool and rentable items in the accommodation were also very nice.

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!
