We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with water and other small touches that immediately made us feel at home. During our stay, he was always available, intervening promptly when it was necessary to call an electrician for a small external problem and even bringing us a coffee maker to make our mornings even more pleasant. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the time in tranquility. If I have to find a small flaw, some details may benefit from some extra maintenance, but overall everything was at the top. Also, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon, which was a big plus and allowed us to fully enjoy the last hours of vacation. In short, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this villa

We stayed in the house 3 adults and 4 children. We were impressed by the fact that there was a special provision for children to be involved with things ( there were toys, books, etc.). The space was very beautiful, spotless, thoughtful, and hadeverything you could need. She breathed warmth and care from the host. It is a little out of Karpenisi, which makes the use of the car necessary but is compensated by the fact that you are in nature and enjoy the view. Thank you, Evangelos

We had a great time: very large apartment, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the windows. Quiet area and close to Alykes beach. From there, we moved easily to visit the whole island. Dimitris was really always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, her mom made us try some typical sweets made by her for us and really great. We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good in Zakynthos and enjoy the holiday!

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.

Dennis and his mother welcomed us warmly. The service was excellent. If you want a rental car or want to do an excursion all you have to do is ask and everything was arranged for us by Dennis. The villa was kept neatly clean incl. clean sheets and towels. We even got fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden every now and then. The villa is enclosed by gates which is nice if you are staying with young children, with a swimming pool 10m away. It is perfectly located with beaches and the town a short distance away. We would definitely go back again.

My friends and friends stayed at this property and we really enjoyed it! Very kind and super helpful host while the house is spacious, clean and cozy. Below the house you can find a bar and in front a sandwich shop, while the strip of clubs is just a 20-minute walk away. We thank Peter for everything and highly recommend this property.

Pleasant stay in the area 30 minutes from Olympia. The house is safe for young children. We were able to enjoy the games in the garden and at the beach which is just a 1-minute walk away.

It was an amazing stay! The beach is literally 3 minutes away (and it’s a nice little beach). The city alikanas is 5 minutes away by car. Nikos was very friendly. And the dog is just the cutest. I can recommend!

The house is cozy and clean, the hostesses (Areti) is very friendly and helpful. I personally recommend the stay!

George and his wife are nice people who come to pick you up at the church, and take you to the house. A beautiful old characteristic house with garden (including chickens and rabbits). Close to the sea with beautiful sunset (no beach).

The place was really fantastic, everything is super clean and exactly as described. The view from the terrace is really fantastic and we would come back any time! A single drawback is that you can definitely hear “neighbors” in the apartment next door quite loudly if they are still active late at night. Of course, the host can't do anything about that and the accommodation itself is highly recommended!

The Airbnb is very idyllic and quiet location. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The dogs bark at night, but otherwise everything was perfect!

We spent 2 nights at Philip's house. We were a little unfortunate with the weather and one bedroom didn't keep a temperature even though the house was heated. thankfully Philip responded promptly and brought us a stove, with which the room warmed up very well. the spaces of the house were comfortable and the communication with Philip was excellent.

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

This was one of the best experiences I had! The apartment was sparkling clean! Location was perfect, right at the top of the hill and the view from our balcony was breathtaking! And not only from the balcony but from the entire area the view was as best as it gets! Even though it was on a hill the distance to the local places was small and every thing easily accessible! The hospitality worths 100 stars! Spiros was very proactive, friendly and responsive. He provided recommendations for local places, sent us local wine free of charge to taste, let us check out later and gave us mugs with village name printed as a gift! The breakfast was also good. Absolutely, highly recommended!

Everything was smooth and perfect. The view was crazy, the terrace is exceptional. Good location, parking facilities 10/10.

Clean and well-kept place, every day there was a change of towels and general cleaning. The owner is really nice and available. We also took the cars from them, very quick and clear in our explanations. Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic stay. Spyros was so helpful and responsive. The property was clean and as described. We stayed out of season but there were a few tavernas open which we could walk to (Babbis taverna around 20 minutes walk was fantastic). The property was 5 minutes from the beautiful beach. There were a couple of things that came up that I had to contact Spyros about and he came back to me immediately sorting anything within 10 minutes. We felt so at home at the property and would loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Stunning villa in Lefkada! One of our favourite stays anywhere in Europe. The view is unbelievable - even better than the pictures. Lydia was a great host who included a lovely check in basket of various goodies which was a really nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious and also had a beautiful pool, bbq and ping pong table. We will definitely be back!
