Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The rooms and balkony are perfect to relax, to practice yoga with ocean view, and it’s just a few steps towards the beach. From Alikanas we explored the whole island by car and loved to have a base where it is not too touristy and crowded. Thank you, Dionysis, for your effort and lovely accommodation!

Die Gastgeber und die Unterkunft waren großartig! Hier konnten wir die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge des ganzen Urlaubs erleben. Ganz klare Empfehlung für Menschen, die das Meer lieben und im Urlaub zwischen dem Sightseeing auch mal abschalten wollen. Nur 5min mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und am Hafen unzählige Restaurants. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet Ruhe und Erholung.

We had a fabulous stay and made the most of our time from a location that gave great access to key locations on the island. Dionysis, our host, was brilliant, helpful, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He really did go the extra mile. The location has stunning views and you can walk to Zakynthos town (we did this a number of times to enjoy the cocktail bars) but, a car is recommended for ease of access to places of interest. Dionysis was a great help with this too, even driving me to the pick up. The pool is amazing and gives great views to bay and passing ships. The accommodation worked well for us, the 3 bedrooms and additional living space made it easy and the kitchen had everything needed. We took advantage of the communal BBQ area too one night. If you enjoy music and a dance, there are 2 night clubs within a few minutes walk.

Great apartment close to all the restaurants in town and just across the road from a spot to swim in the ocean. Air conditioning and wifi worked well (we worked remotely from the space for three days and had no issues). Definitely recommend hiring a car to travel around the island, there are lots of beautiful places to see and this was a great place to base ourselves for 6 nights.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Communication with Dennis before, during and after was first rate and he even agreed an early check in and late check out which made our stay a lot easier. Apartment is exactly as described in the listing with access to the warm waters of the Aegean right at the foot of the garden and beautiful views of it from the apartment balcony. Quiet location but only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants of the more lively Alykes. The best way to sum up this apartment..... would I stay here again if visiting the island in the future?...….. a definite yes!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und ein sehr gemütliches Loft mit einer grossen Dachterasse. Das Zentrum von Preveza ist schnell und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in derWohnung. Die Ausstattung und sehr gut durchdacht und umfangreich. Der Garten und der zugang zum Meer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet und die Möglichkeit ein SUP auszuleihen haben wir auch direkt genutzt. Morgens hatten wir im Oktober noch schön Sonne auf dem Balkon aber ab Mittags liegt dieser im Schatten.

My stay at Epistimis apartment exceeded my expectations. The apartment is extremely clean, functions with great seaviews. As a host Epistimi was delightful, very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, Chris parents welcomed us warmly and the apartment is super cute and cozy, plus the view is amazing! It's just two minutes from the beach away, right around the corner is a supermarket that seems to always be open and the restaurant close by are also very good!

The loft features a spacious layout with wooden beams and flooring. A large window provides a panoramic view, while two beds are positioned alongside a cozy seating area. A dining table with modern chairs and decorative table settings enhance the inviting ambiance.

We really enjoyed our stay in your loft. We found it very easily and recognized the house. Your mother met us at the car and showed us inside and helped us learn how to use everything in the house. The view was amazing. We didn't expect breakfast and coffee, but it was so sweet of her to bring it up. Your suggestions of things to do around the village and nearby were very helpful. I was glad we visited the cemetery and the monastery. Everything was wonderful and we hope we can stay with you again. thanks so much!

ενας υπεροχος χωρος διαμονης καθαρος, με πολυ καλη διαρρυθμιση χωρου, απιςτευτη θεα και ομορφο περιβαλλον. Η υποδοχη ηταν αψογη καθως και οι γενικες πληροφοριες που μας καθοδηγησαν για μερη που θα μπορουσαμε να επισκεφτουμε στην ευρυτερη περιοχη.. Θα το προτεινα ανεπιφυλαχτα σε φιλους....!!!
