During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140 cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80 cm wide single bed.
