Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home in an incredible location. Cozy and comfortable - we were especially happy with the outdoor sofa’s for evening dining! Would highly recommend, Bernadette was a great host!

The place was exactly as described and perfect for a family. It was very clean, homely and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. There were even board games available which was a bonus. Although we did not turn the TV on we were impressed with its size! The pool was a nice contrast to the beautiful beach for an evening swim. Our host, Irina, was fantastic to deal with. She was quick to respond and very personable to deal with and even kindly allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Mt Maunganui. It is well positioned if you want to hang out in the area and walk around. The buses regularly pass the apartment and if you have a Bee card you can just jump on and off. It's also so easy if you want to do day trips around Tauranga or the coast. Book it, you wont regret it. We will be back.

Really liked the location of this property. It was clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Will stay longer next year when we come for the Ultimate Athlete event again.

Luanne met us, showed us where to park and walked us to the accommodation. She explained how things worked, and encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything or had some questions. Luanne was so welcoming and friendly. We slept soundly, visited local cafes and restaurants (highly recommend Dixie Browns), walked along the sand, and enjoyed the views. Shane is a wonderful Airbnb host- I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Otumoetai rd! The garden with the chickens is the perfect place to relax and a dip in the pool at the end of the day was very welcome. Shane went above and beyond as a host, offering a lift into town and providing lunch on a day when I hadn’t had time to prepare something for myself, as well as generally being friendly and helpful at every opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay, I hope to visit again sometime!

Incredible home on the coast of Tauranga. Beach is literally less than a 3 minute walk from the home. Super comfortable and very clean. Amazing balcony off the living room with a clear ocean view. Best seat in the house. Kitchen is will designed and very functional. Remodeled bathrooms and the downstairs room looks great. Jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic to have so close. However, the winner 🥇 is the outdoor bamboo shower! Most amazing shower ever! I can never shower indoors again. Hannah was so responsive to all my needs and questions. She organized a personal chef to come to the home to cook us breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend you do this! Such a beautiful beach home that warms the heart and soul to create a sanctuary for peaceful tranquility.
