Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Western Bay of Plenty District

The house was beautiful ! Immaculately clean, high end furnishing in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The house was very well stocked and had everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable with 5 star hotel quality linens. The outdoor area was well furnished and such an inviting place to sit and chill. Easily walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Absolutely could not fault it and would not hesitate to stay again.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

Jolene’s beach house has unbelievably spectacular views. The house design and decor is straight out of a home decorating magazine. The huge deck gives perfect privacy and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The ocean was warm and wonderful for swimming . The house itself is incredibly well outfitted and Jolene made sure that we had everything, including coffee…. driving way out of her way to show up in the morning with a missing part for the machine. We were delighted with everything about this experience and only wished we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

Great place for two couples to stay and even families with he excellent layout. So close to the beach too. Loved the spa pool and all the amenities. We had a great stay. The hosts were great in communication and had a great check in and out times.

Great location, minutes walk to the beach and shops if needed. The house was very spacious so was great for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linen. Big kitchen to cook in with all the amenities you need. Spa was a nice touch and there’s a ping pong table in the garage which was enjoyable!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

This is a fabulous place to stay especially for families with a range of ages. It had everything we could wish for. Cindy & Jon were wonderful hosts.

Lovely stay at Lexie's caravan at Waihi Beach. First time semi camping with my two young children and it had all of the basic amenities we needed for a great time. Very private with the orientation of the deck overlooking the campsite. Fantastic and easy communication. Loved the later checkout. Thank you!

This was the perfect little retreat for us to unwind and relax! We loved all the little touches that made us feel right at home, they had set the fire up all ready for roasting marshmallows, there was a fantastic selection of tea, and we appreciated the eggs and avocados! The bed was insanely comfortable and the addition of the robes was such a nice touch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.
