It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

A laundry room with dryer + a bicycle cellar + free car parking space can be used. The apartment is on the upper ground floor, near the south forest. It is about 500 m to the beach, and the center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. + Final cleaning €70 +tourist tax depending on season 1.95-3.90 No laundry included!! Bookable for 30 euros per person.

Hello! Our tiny house with veranda and fenced garden is centrally located, about 100 m from the train station and yet in the countryside. It is ideal for excursions to the islands, Halligen, Denmark, Flensburg and Husum. The tiny house offers a fully furnished apartment with 18 square meters, a full bathroom, fresh water in the pipes, electric heating and fast internet. It is nicely decorated so that you feel comfortable right away upon arrival. Private parking on our property.

Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

We have recently renovated our captain's house Boysen, an old Sylt captain's house dating back to 1784, with a lot of love for detail. In the stylishly furnished 3 rooms garden apartment, you will find space for four people on approx. 80 square meters. From the living room with two sofas you can access a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly furnished. Free parking is available.
