There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, with the red cliff within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish roll or walk to Westerland.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. The pedestrian zone is within walking distance about 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

Dieser gemütliche 2-Zi.-Bungalow befindet sich in traumhafter Lage. Der Strand, der Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Fußgängerzone sind in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist privat und ruhig. In die helle Wohnküche ist eine großem Esstisch, Spülmaschine, TV und Cerankochfeld. Das Badezimmer wurde, genauso wie das Schlafzimmer neu renoviert.
