Kleinees Deichhaus Nordfriesland

Recovery and deceleration in the middle of the green meadows of North Frisia. The spacious and stylish Kleine Dichhaus is located in the very north of Germany in the immediate vicinity of the island of Sylt and Denmark. Our 2015 fully renovated vacation home on the foundations of 1895 stands on an old indoor dyke. The south-east terrace and the garden offer an unobstructed view over the meadows. From the north-west terrace you look across the fields to Denmark. There are two car parking spaces available.

This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

A terrace, private garden, and exclusive barrel sauna provide extra comfort. Perfectly situated in southern Westerland, it’s just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.
