Vacation rentals with breakfast in Westerkwartier

Very cozy place, located near the city centre. Kitty and Erik even brought breakfast before we checked in. 5/5 experience

Georgia and Koos are a great host. They are friendly and helpful. There house is beautiful and provides a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our conversations and they have many adventureous stories to share. Many thanks for the Breakfast and Indian chai, it made us feel right at home. They also have a cute little dog Kai. We can highly recommend this place and would love to visit them again.

We arrive just for a weekend to see the Devin Townsend concert, but was amazing, first we arrived early than expected (11:00 hrs) but she recieved us anyway, the decoration and the ambient was amazing and of course the beautiful cat "Coco", also we had really good connection to public transport, thank you Tineke, sorry if we dont share too much with you but we dont had so much time to know the city, Greetings Antonia & Gabriel

It was great to stay at Ria's place. Ria is a great host. It was very nice having breakfasts with her snd talking with her. She is very friendly and helpfull. The room and house is very nice, comfortable and cosy. Also the area is great with nice nature. Also it was great to borrow the bike. All in all a great stay! If I ever come to Assen again I will definitely come back! Thanks a lot.

I highly recommend Rommy's place. Very friendly and helpful hosts, well equipped room, house in a lovely garden. Bus stop to Groningen nearby. Shop in walking distance .There is also a nice lake if you want to go for a walk.

We loved every moment of our stay in Edwin's beautiful home! We were arriving earlier than the check in time, and Edwin made sure he was there to personally greet us and let us check in early. He was so friendly and helpful, with lots of lovely recommendations. He also left us enough food in the fridge for a couple of great breakfasts, which was much appreciated after some time travelling, and even some wine and beer for us too! The home was just lovely, beautifully taken care of but with plenty of charm. There was so much room to make ourselves at home, with a big comfy bed, cute little dining area, and the beautiful roof terrace to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, great if you don't want to eat out all the time! We learned that Edwin is an artist and there was lots of his beautiful work displayed in the home which was a really cool touch. We were honoured to be your first Australian guests and we will be back next time we visit - we loved every moment!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Groningen! Roelie ist eine sehr freundliche und gute Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und ruhig gelegen. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es jeden Morgen auch ein frisches, leckeres und ausgiebiges Frühstück. Alles wunderbar! Nur zu empfehlen! Ein großes Dankeschön an Roelie.

Erg comfortabele en ruime kamer met goed bed. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Goed bereikbaar met het OV, perfect als je het Pieterpad loopt!

Janneke is aardig, behulpzaam en belangstellend! Precies gepast! Alles is piekfijn in orde, schoon, netjes en een geweldig bed! In overleg heb ik in de nacht gedoucht, wat voor Janneke ook geen probleem was (ik had dichtbij een feest, met verkleden en groen haar, vandaar de wens om te douchen). Janneke is super begripvol en daardoor voelde ik me enorm thuis. Janneke is een super host! :)

Ich war nun schon das zweite Mal bei Gerard zu Gast. Gerard wohnt nebenan und ist gut für einen zu erreichen, trotzdem hat man absolut seine Privatsphäre. Wer eine Auszeit in den ländlichen Niederlanden sucht findet hier genau das. Die Unterkunft eignet sich auch perfekt mit dem Hund, da Gerard sehr Hundefreundlich ist. Die Gegend ist super für lange Gassirunden. Danach ab in den warmen Whirpool. War nicht das letzte Mal dort....

Wir hatten einen super tollen Kurzaufenthalt und haben zugleich die Ruhe auf dem liebevoll naturverbundenen und nachhaltigen Hof genießen können. Tolle Out-Door Küche, liebe Menschen und super Service. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Liebe zum Detail und die künstlerischen Einflüsse runden den Hof perfekt ab. Danke dafür :)

Remco is vriendelijk, en gaf per Whatsapp extra tips. Via de navigatie kwamen we echter aan de verkeerde kant uit en dan kom je niet op de juiste parkeerplek (je moet via een eenrichtingweg er komen), maar verder was de service, het dorpje met supermarkt en restauranten dichtbij prima!

Siska was a great host from the beginning, she was very friendly and welcoming! The room is light and spacious and had everything I needed. The house is not too far from the city center and is easy to reach. Even more so if you rent a bicycle - which I recommend, because Groningen is a great city to discover by bike. :) Oh, and Siska's breakfast is delicious, you don't want to miss it. Amazing breakfast in the room, warm in winter, everything brand new.

Persoonlijk en warm ontvangst van de professionele crew. Een authentiek pand met rijk ontbijt. Zeer schoon en verzorgd. Wij voelden er ons meteen thuis en hebben een zorgeloze vakantie gehad. Tip: bezoek de bio winkel die op het terrein van de b&b ligt!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matthias hätte definitiv 6 von 5 Sternen verdient! Ein blitzsauberes Zimmer, ein schöner Garten um in der Sonne zu sitzen und dazu noch so freundliche, herzliche Gastgeber. Matthias und sein Partner geben sich die größte Mühe, damit man sich als Gast wie zuhause fühlt, selbst wenn man, wie wir, nur für eine Nacht bleibt. Ihr Haus und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, was man auch beim hervorragenden Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, direkt spüren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank, ihr habt unseren Kurzurlaub perfekt abgerundet!

Wat een fijne b&b. We kregen een warm en vriendelijk welkom, en het is een mooie rustige plek. De kamer is niet heel groot maar had precies de twee belangrijkste dingen die we zochten: Lekker (en met aandacht en liefde verzorgd) ontbijt en heerlijke bedden. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

We spent a night in Ayelet's place and enjoyed the quietness of Wierum. The house is perfectly located near the dike, Ayelet took perfect care of us and surprised us with an amazing breakfast in the morning. We want to come back!

Mijn oma is enorm fijn geholpen door ontzettend lieve mensen. Prachtig plekje voor mijn oma om uit te rusten na een lange wandeltocht. Echt aan te raden en ontzettend bedankt👍
