Excellent location. Absolutely beautiful home. I would definitely stay again and longer if I can. Charlotte has been so helpful and friendly. The check-in information is spot on and super easy to follow. I have stayed in various places in Poole and this is definitely one of my favourites to go back to.

A truly wonderful stay—felt just like home! Sebastian was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The location was great, with stunning views that made our mornings even better. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The only thing to note is that street parking was a bit tricky until the last day, but the instructions provided were detailed and helpful—just something to keep in mind. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!

I have just spent a couple of nights at Emily's place with my daughter. The flat is really lovely. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, stylish, and homely. Lots of thought has clearly gone in to make it a comfortable place to stay. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable. Good quality kitchen wear, bathroom, and TV make for a luxurious feel. The location is very central, with the added bonus of parking. Luke & Emily we're very communicative and very kindly allowed us to check-in early. Super hosts and highly recommendable place to stay.

A fantastic apartment in a brilliant location right across the road from a beach and short walk to Hengistbury Head where there was a huge traffic-free area to explore. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, the main bedroom especially, and having an en suite was a bonus as well as the garden and parking space. Check in and communication was great throughout and we would definitely come back to this area and to this apartment in the near future.

A perfect last minute getaway for new year tranquillity. Although the weather wasn't the best we got out still and we would definitely love to return spring/summer time as the waters /surrounding the property would be so beautiful I'm sure if it wasn't already. The bed was super comfy. The space was ideal and enough to feel comfort for our visit. Thanks for the friendly welcome... Relaxed Gestures and fresh bread too.

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. Everything was as described and the flat was just as good as all the previous reviews have stated. The flat is very near to two pubs - the Spyglass and Kettle and the Commodore. The Spyglass has lovely seating outside and the Commodore has a very good menu. We had some great days out and were able to get the number 70 bus outside the apartment to some of them. Firstly, Hengistbury Head which only takes about 15 mins on the bus. There is a cafe there and another one on the other side where all the posh beach huts are. You can also pick up the same bus there to go to Christchurch which is only about another 10 minutes in the same direction. We also got the same bus into Bournemouth. Other recommendations are: Compton Acres which is a beautiful garden, set in woodland and Harry's Rocks which involves a pleasant one mile walk from Studland Car Park. We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

We had an amazing weekend at The Bungalow in Dorset. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning lake view and the peaceful setting. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The living area was cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bedrooms provided a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, with a powerful shower and fresh towels. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hosts clearly put great care into ensuring a fantastic stay. We loved exploring the nearby walking trails and charming villages, but the bungalow itself was so wonderful that we spent most of our time enjoying its tranquility. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we left feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Dorset, The Bungalow is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Really great house - a brilliantly equipped kitchen and excellent quality bedding and soft furnishing. The house is a real haven. So close to the beach, the quay and Christchurch and yet once you’ve shut the door it’s a little oasis of calm with a beautiful outside space leading down to the river. Chris and Claire were super responsive, check in was easy and great pointers given on places to go things to do!

Just home from our superb stay in Sandbanks. Thank you so much to Laila & Stephanie who made our stay perfect in every possible way. The accommodation is stunning, the location truly beautiful and being able to paddle board at high tide from the foot of the garden was so wonderful. Our family trip was made up of 4 adults in their 70's, 2 in their 40's and 2 teenagers and every one of us felt comfortable and catered for. A lovely dining and entertaining space and wonderful kitchen to prepare meals. the Local restaurants we tried were awesome and so much to do and see within a short walk or drive. Booked a 5 night stay with my lad , I don’t think I could have found a better place . Own parking space with clear instructions of how to find the cottage. Poole Town is one way but worked well. A great kitchen which was fully equipped with everything you needed. A nice touch with the Prosecco .. Shower room off, instant hot water . Bathroom an ok size with lots of worktop space next to the basin. Living area was small but it is a very old cottage , stairs off to a good size bedroom and further stairs to the attic bedroom. Very steep stairs but ok if you watch your step . I should mention the first bedroom had a sun trap balcony too which is superb. A great find and Julian is a very good experienced host that I have no doubt Kind regards Gary and Josh

Absolutely lovely, light filled house with well stocked kitchen. Access to beach was great and super views. Perfect for my adult children and granddaughter.

What a lovely stay we just had! We stayed as a family to attend the Monkey World home education day (which happened to fall on my Planet of the apes obsessed Daughter's birthday) and fell in love. Carly was helpful and responsive. Her property was homely, cosy, had little extras that I wasn't expecting, like the shampoo and shower gel and was in the perfect location. I've already looked to see if we can book to come back for the summer but it's fully booked which speaks volumes!

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

The flat’s location was perfect with easy access to the harbour and beach. Just beautiful for walks. The decor was gorgeous and the family felt instantly relaxed. It was great having the shoe room to hang out the washing. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved our time and would visit again next time we are in Poole.

60 steps from pavement to flat, but so worth it. lovely flat, just like the pictures. stairs a bit narrow. comfy bed, netflix, and lovely plants

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!

A great few days stay at Tara’s place over the bank holiday weekend. Great communication with Tara (very responsive) and provided us with details on local building work which though didn’t impact our stay greatly was really appreciative. A great location to watch the world go by and our two daughters loved the bunk beds! Highly recommend.

we are just back after a lovely weekend. We came down Friday and Martin messaged to say we could get in early, a massive plus for me as I have Parkinsons and get tired, so was nice to get in, sit with a cuppa (and a yummy biscuits that were supplied, thankyou), then go off exploring. The flat is the ideal place with a wonderful view from sitting on the sofa, and easy access to the beach, shops, bars etc and heading off for walks. We are sussed we could park for free with my blue badge just along from the flat, perfect :-) Martin was the perfect host, gave us all the info we needed for getting in, and like I say early checkin. Yes the kitchen is small but my partner and my self where fine, even both being on the larger size. I think it's perfect, everything we needed. the round bed was a novelty lol but yes very comfy. basically a perfect place I highly recommend and if we are in swanage again would def rent again, thankyou Martin :-)

What can I say, before we even left our own home I had all the information I could ever need about the air B&B and the local surroundings. Check in was really easy, a welcome basket of treats was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. The whole place was super clean and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We loved looking around at all the art on the walls and those amazing views from the sitting area. The check out instructions were really easy to follow. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the walks and peace and quiet that we found over the last few days.
