This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. A lovely upstairs! apartment right in the center of De Rijp. Volendam, Amsterdam, Strand, Alkmaar and Zaanse Schans all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. This historic building dating from 1652 has recently been completely renovated where the old details have been saved. De Rijp is a beautiful authentic village. World Heritage de Beemster is located next to the Rijp. Bus connection to Amsterdam is good. . There are no more bicycles. No elevator is available. Free parking in the village!
