Cabin on the River

Get back to nature in our one room cabin with lots of comfort. Located next to the famous Regency Bridge the States last functioning swinging bridge. There is a small private RV park nearby that rents out an small camper which would allow you to have more guests come and stay next door. The river is on the property with steps down to the water perfect for kayaking or fishing. When the water level is down hiking the river bed is a great time. We do have 2 paddle boards available to rent as well.

The spacious porch is perfect for watching sunsets or start your day with a peaceful walk to the lake. Our cottage is the ideal spot for relaxation or exploration.

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Shady Rapids River Retreat

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

From the front porch of this 2 bdrm / 2 bath cabin, abundant wildlife can be seen year-round. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching and picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise. Level II EV charging available.

The Heart of Texas House 🏡

Recently showcased in the Getaway section of the June ‘24 issue of Texas Highways Magazine! Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house featuring a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

Rock Stack on the Llano River

Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).

Fort Mason Outpost Guest House

Built in 2001 this 2 story rock home was designed to replicate early Texas frontier barracks to house soldiers in Outpost Forts they served. Located in quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of Mason's historic courthouse square with plentiful restaurants, wine bars, museums, and boutiques. Rock away your cares on the tree-topped upper porch! We welcome children but please no pets. Single or multiple nights available.

The Barndo

Relax at this peaceful and quiet retreat while visiting historic Menard. Freshly completed 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest barndominium with a private patio view of the San Saba river valley. Includes private covered parking with RV hookups and fiber optic high speed internet. History buffs, be sure to visit the Presidio de San Saba, built by the Spaniards in the 1700’s!
