Monthly Rentals in West Point Island

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at the beach in the off season. Great location to watch sunrise and sunset. Loved the bikes and beach chairs!

Madeline’s place was perfect for our stay… we were able to leave our car keys behind and take short walks where ever we needed to go. I especially loved it this time of year because it wasn’t so crowded! This stay was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Seaside! We loved our weekend getaway. From the aesthetic of the place (hello live plants and mcm decor) to the impeccably clean space, plus the serene location, we had the absolute best time. Easy beach access nearby, great food at every spot we tried, plenty to do in town even on the overcast/rainy days - all around 10/10 stay. Jennifer was lovely and responsive and always so friendly. We’re already planning our trip back! Thanks again for having us!

This was the best vacation I’ve had with my husband in a long time, Penko was so kind and responsive. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks down to the boardwalk, the space was clean and perfect for us. I would stay here again. I am thankful to Penko as he was always available and lovely to chat with. 10/10. Thank you Penko for giving my husband and I a week of peace and memories !
