It was the cheapest place in the area, yet the most comfortable. Katie is very responsive, responsible, kind, generous, respectful, supportive, helpful, caring, loving, and very compassionate. I' ve been blown away by her selflessness and care. She pays a worker who comes to clean the house bi-weekly. the kitchen, livingroom, and bathrooms. Not only that she buys toiletries for her guests despite charging less money for rent and she also pays the utilities. Who does that in our selfish modern age. She deserve 10 stars not just 5 in my own opinion.. If you are looking for a place to stay in Peoria, I highly recommend this place for you. It is a home away from home. Wonderful place. I can live here forever. Thank you so much Ben and Katie for your beautiful home. You guys are awesome and the best. May God bless you abundantly!

The price is very cheap Due to Triton Just Starting out, as he just moved in his new house. With Airbnb Being His Side Hustle/2nd income. He told me he just moved down here from Chicago and doesn't know a single soul, and trying to make new friends. Well, Ill say, give Peoria a try. You'll love it here. It's a boring city surrounded by small towns, not much happens here in Peoria, but you'll adjust. Even though Trivon's house is 90% empty, He doesn't have much, and I'm not too judgy. The honesty of his advertisement is what's most important. He was very nice and respectful. I'm down-to-earth. We had a long conversation about "life". It was a stormy night too, which made it more memorable of me and Trivon sitting in his living room, chatting about life, while listening to the thunder storms. Triton was a vibe. Trivon was a really chill guy & it's his sweet personality that will definitely convince me to book again. And with that being said, Im looking forward to booking again.

Leon’s place is a great value for the price. It’s no frills, yet comfortable and close to a lot of businesses. Leon is friendly and was around to help when I needed it. I can confirm the previous review that said the room runs cold, but the blankets provided are warm and comfortable so it’s not an issue. This place is good for a couple or solo traveler who will be out most of the day and/or just needs somewhere clean, safe, and relatively quiet to sleep for the night.
