Flat was amazing and even with scaffolding view is nice shame about closed balcony but will be back soon once building is complete

Kathy was absolutely fantastic. We booked at late notice and she had everything sorted for us within no time. The place was great. (With the biggest and most amazing bath might I add)

Vicky and Jake were there to meet us and were very helpful with instructions on how to use heating and appliances within the apartment, we got good helpful advice on the local area and were made very welcome. Lots of little extras to help us feel at home and it was an extremely comfortable place to come back to and relax after a long day at the races or on the tourist trail. We would definitely consider using the apartment again in future visits to Cheltenham.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Brilliant peaceful location exactly as described. The accommodation had everything needed for my stay. Holly was a brilliant host. Always available and very kind and friendly.

Lovely house, big rooms, comfy bed, gorgeous little doggo - what's not to like? Amanda was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Also appreciate how dog friendly it was for our pooch. The flat is on the top floor of Amanda's b&b with its own kitchen and (huge!) bathroom. Great stay, thanks so much. If you're relying on the parking there, I'd recommend you talk to the host before you arrive to ensure there's space. We parked on the street which was no problem for us as free on the weekends. The breakfast smelled great - we'll be sure to book for bed and breakfast next time! Thanks again.

We had a lovely stay here. The layout was perfect for a young family, with plenty of space for our toddler. Cot, stair gate and highchair were all really useful and made it a really easy stay. We were in the area to visit Cotswolds Wildlife park (which is fantastic) and this was a perfect little overnight stopgap. Couldn’t really have asked for more. Thank you!

A good location with only a few minutes walk for the train station and shopping centre. The flat is absolutely clean and tidy with a very good space. The host is also very helpful for everything.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Good ground floor apartment. Great to walk into town, and to have dedicated parking spaces. Clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable, we had two singles in the ensuite bedroom. Met on arrival with the keys.

Peter was a great host. I requested a room at 11.30pm on a Friday night, was falling asleep at the wheel and needed rest urgently. He responded quickly and gave clear instructions of how to get to the property in Clarence Square. It is a beautuful basement flat in a Regency period property with a idyllic small park in the centre of the square. After a short chat about the facilities i went straight to bed and had the best nights sleep i have had in 20 years. Its free parking at night until 8am and i left just before. I wish i had stayed longer and shared breakfast at least with Peter. He is a kind, caring and very considerate host. He goes way above and beyond with liittle homemade treats and drinks in the room. I was made to.feel at home instantly. I will be recommending him to all my family, friends, colleagues and clients. Would be the perfect place to stay when planning a Cotteswold escape or adventure. I wish i had paid more, im completely freshed and recharged. A great stay 12/10

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our family visit. The flat was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Its location is fantastic, close to various amenities one being a gym across the road which we used, restaurant's, and shops, as well as a large park for dog walking. The check-in and check out process was straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Very nice flat in a very good location.

It's a lovely family home located very close to a beautiful village. We had a few minor issues, but Joe was very responsive via messages and phone. The kids loved the home, and there were quite a few board games for them to enjoy. Overall, it was a great family outing with friends.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Wargrave with 9 of our family for a 70th birthday celebration. We were met by Jef and Ann, Jack's parents, who were so very friendly and very welcoming. Throughout our stay, Jef was on call to help us should we have any questions (such as when we couldn't work out the television/ microwave 😂) Jack was always responsive to any messages as well even though he was abroad at the time. The house is amazing! Very beautiful with wonderful artwork on the walls and comfortable in the extreme. The open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge meant that everyone felt included in proceedings. The weather that weekend was good so we were able to sit outside in the garden and look over the beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms were fabulous - large, light and airy with very comfortable beds and amazing country views from the windows. Wargrave and Henley are a short drive away and good places to visit and great Thames walks. Thank you Jack and Jef for a fab stay

We came away to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to do that. The games room and cinema room were an excellent, well used part of our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed considering we cooked everyday. Overall this was one of the nicest, cleaner places we have stayed in and really made the weekend feel special.

excellent accomadation

What a stay! Beautiful place and fantastic features, not sure the photos really do this place justice. The hot tub and the loch inn was a personal favourite providing hours of entertainment over the course of the stay. House was immaculately presented and bedrooms were very comfy. Would recommend staying here and will be looking to book again in the future. Thanks!
