House vacation rentals in West Ocean City

Our family has a beach house in Ocean Pines, and we are looking to purchase our own in the coming years. We have stayed in all parts of ocean Pines and love it so much, we came across this house a couple months ago and I’m so glad we did! We spend most of the summer in Ocean Pines had different rentals and will definitely be coming back specifically to this one!! it’s perfect for our small family and pet friendly! The house was small but spacious, quiet and tranquil. 10/10 highly recommend!

Lindsay and Andrew’s Summer Breeze home in Berlin met all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the pool, grill and outdoor amenities - which made it perfect for our family holiday weekend getaway. The house is well kept, comfortable, neatly stocked with all essential amenities as described and, is staged and modeled exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated a quiet retreat, off the beaten path, yet we had an easy and quick drive to stores, restaurants and to the Ocean City boardwalk. As hosts, they were very responsive and efficiently communicated what we needed to know in advance, making our stay easy and smooth. From the booking process to assisting us with a couple of adjustments, they did not hesitate to help us. If there is an opportunity for us in the future, we’d love to stay again. All around great place to stay! We felt right at home! Perfect layout and tons of space! Views from the back deck are amazing! Very walkable to anything you would need and easy 1.2 mile walk across the bridge to the boardwalk and beach! Would certainly stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Loreees place! Super responsive when needed and clear instructions for check in and out. Private, quite, clean building and condo and we had everything we needed. The views were stunning & exactly as pictured. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and 7-11 next door for convenience. I would recommend staying here!

Great for a few days getaway! Comfortable and cozy!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home that was perfect for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving! Fantastic location, 15 min to the beach, restaurants and stores a few minutes away, everything we needed if we forgot anything or didn’t feel like cooking. The beds were super comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect our family to hang out!

My first time staying at an Airbnb so wasn’t sure what to expect. Sara’s place exceeded all expectations. Always quick to respond when i had questions. Would not hesitate to book again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, quiet and out of the hustle and bustle but not too far away from the beaches. Neighborhood is nice and calm with everything from restaurants to grocery stores within a 2 minute drive. House was clean and well presented, the only thing that could use some cleaning was the dust on the top corners of the wall but besides that the house is really nice. 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so no one has to fight for usage. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location! Walkable to the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and a lot of space. Jerry was so responsive and anwsered any questions we had! Would love to stay here again!

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

Megan’s place was wonderful! Close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Great deck for relaxing outside , bikes to use, games and books for rainy days. Highly recommend!

This was my very first time using an airbnb and Beth set the bar high! I honestly don't know if i could ever stay in a plan old hotel room ever again. She was helpful and responsive from the day we made the reservation all the way through and including our checkout. Beth created a welcome package that made acclimating to her home a breeze. Her house was clean, organized and stocked with all the essentials. What was advertised in the photos and description is exactly what was provided. She even had a wide variety of games to play! As far as location, it was just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. We were able to go enjoy our day and then return to the quiet and peacefulness of her home to get a good night's sleep. Her home was also convenient to shopping within 15 minutes of driving. Checkout was easy and without a housekeeping cart sitting in the hallway, I didn’t feel rushed. So if you're planning to visit OC, Beth's house is right for you.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a couple or family. Honestly it’s so much nicer than the pictures, it’s bigger than I thought. Such a clean place to stay also. The deck is absolutely beautiful, we sat out there every morning and evening and watched deer! They even had a water bowl for our fur baby. It is so close to ocean city and Bethany beach!. You will not be sorry staying here, I’ll just say that!! Thank you Jay for letting us stay at the Lighthouse Cottage, we will always Remember our experience there, we will be back!❤️

Rented the home to stay close to Berlin for lacrosse tournament. The home had a room for each dad (2) and the 10 y/o teammates shared the (2) twin bed room. House was spotless inside. Everything was labeled and clear. Perfect solution if you have a tournament lacrosse or baseball in “OC” but it’s actually played in Berlin.

Very nice house with a lot of space for a larger group. Kevin was accommodating & was very considerate when we let him know we would have our service dog with us. Multiple bathrooms throughout the house & the entertainment living room was a nice area for the group.

Definitely a gem in Ocean City!! I love the layout! There is a bedroom on the first floor and the other two are on the third floor. Each has their own en-suite bathroom with heated toilet seats! The beds are all super comfortable, the kitchen is massive with every amenity you can think of, and the views on all the balconies are stunning. The host was so kind and even sent us donuts on our first day. This place is great for a large or small group. I only had two other people with me but each of us had plenty of privacy and felt right at home. The location is perfect! It’s close to everything and only a few minute walk to the boardwalk right on 12th street. I can’t wait to go back this summer and enjoy the pool!

I had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Home was everything and more. Very clean and tidy absolutely beautiful home. Great location, easy to locate, plenty of parking, 10 min walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood, Responsive host. Bayside view is gorgeous. Look forward to booking again before seasons end.

We didn’t get to spend too much time at the house, but it was the perfect, peaceful, not full of people place to come back to after the Oceans Calling music festival. The house was clean and comfortable, and area was quiet. The house actually exceeded my expectations upon arrival mainly because I had forgotten that there were two full bathrooms. 😂 I recommend this house as great home base for exploring the area, and for getting away from any crowds you may run into! 😊

The house inside was gorgeous. We loved the natural light that came from the many skylights. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with coffee and condiments and plenty of cooking utensils to fix ourselves breakfasts and lunches. The yacht club was very close to the house and convenient for an evening dinner outside.

Great place, would definitely booked again, Lee is a great guy, came to change lightbulbs that were missing, house is in a good location close to a lot of places.

This place is very nice.Private and quiet area that is about 25 minutes from Ocean city. Awesome size backyard. If you golf, the course is right there. I may double back this place as it was exactly what we needed. Host was clear and straightforward, a bonus for sure. Hight recommended. 5/5
