The building has a private pool for all units with access to the dock on the bay, so grab your kayak for those beautiful Maryland sunrises and sunsets.

This home can be occupied by a max of 12 adults with a total of 15 including children. Come relax in this gorgeous bay view single-family home in the lovely Caine's Woods neighborhood of Ocean City, adjacent to Fenwick Island. Imagine lazy days spent on the beach followed by a dip in the pool outside the kitchen door! The pool is open from May 1- September 30. Obviously we can’t have it open during cold temperatures!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during the Ocean’s Calling Music Festival in Ocean City. The location was fairly walkable to the event, which added to our overall experience. The layout of the place was perfect for our group of friends, and it would be great for a family as well. The space was clean and well-maintained. However, there were no coffee pods provided for the Keurig, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no shower gel. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this place for anyone visiting Ocean City, especially if you’re attending the festival!

My most important thing about a vacation is the comfortability of the beds and pillows. (A good nights sleep) Everyone in my family raved about how comfortable the beds were even the pullout couches.Lee and Debbie turned there home to a 5-star location. We were very misled by the pictures….because the place is so big and open on the inside. You have almost everything needed as a backup in your pantry and fridge. Big screen TVs in almost every room…Looking forward to another visit in the future. Thank you…

We stayed at Trina’s place on a resent golf trip. She was great, and her place is exactly as described. She reached out days before we arrived with clear directions for check in, which was a breeze. Trina responded very quickly to my question and I would highly recommend stay with her if you are traveling to the area.

We had a fantastic time at Tina’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants. The space was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for our group of 7. Tina was a fantastic host, super responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and off-street parking was a huge plus for our F150. The little library was a cute touch, and the overall vibe was perfect for relaxing after a fun day. Tina made sure we were well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting OCMD. Thanks again for an unforgettable stay, Tina!

This Airbnb really exceeded my expectations! The space was impeccably clean, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Every corner was tidy, showcasing the host's attention to detail. Lots of games in the loft area and beach chairs and cooler in garage. Communication with the host was a breeze; they were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. It was about 40 min from Splash Mountain in Ocean City but about 15 min from Bethany beach. They are still building more units but it wasn’t overly disruptive. The pool was very easy to get to! Groceries and other restaurants less than 10 min out. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay that is less than 25 min from everything! Thank you!!
