Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Sunrise cottage is located on the cool & breezy north side of St. Thomas. A relaxing 1 bedroom cottage with a full kitchen & living area. You can soak up the sun on the sundeck or hang out in your private soaking pool, while appreciating the breath taking view during the day & the abundance of stars at night. When venturing out you are 20 mins to Magen’s Bay Beach, 15 mins to Town, 30 mins to Red Hook. Note: The hosts live on property with 2 dogs and this cottage is adult only 18 or older.

Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

The private back yard on the lake is like a mini Resort, tranquil, relaxing and romantic, complete with Tiki Hut and a Hammock for 2 and the High Speed WiFi works outside also. Conveniently located near a Metro Station, Shopping, Beaches, Restaurants and attractions.

Waterfront Private apartment that is fully furnished. Private deck. fantastic views overlooking Juba Sound. within 7mins to Grace Bay, world famous Grace Bay Beach and shops. Very quiet and safe area. Infinity edge pool included. Glorious sunsets. BBQ on the waterfront. Only a couple of mins away from popular Kite Surfing spot. There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.
