Very cute apartment with stunning views, perfect for our family of 5! Thanks for a great stay!!

We felt very comfortable in Abdels apartment. The bed was super comfortable, you could also darken the rooms. Great big rain shower, very relaxing after a day in Miami. Supermarket close by, within walking distance. Great and well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a washer and dryer, we did not use these, but they can be very practical. Especially great were also the trolleys (free in Miami) and bus stop right outside the front door, so we could easily explore all of Miami without a car. Location is quiet, the apartment is in a sweet, colorful Art Deco house, therefore a bit noisy, but we had very quiet neighbors, so this did not bother us at all. Our family of 4 (teen and tween) loved this place! Our second time to Rincon, and we will definitely be back to stay here. Clean, nice, the right size for us, and had everything we needed. Easy walking to Black Eagle Beach/Marina, and Tres Palmas/Steps Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and washer/dryer were a huge plus for us. The pool/patio area is so quiet and peaceful -- loved going to the beach to surf and snorkel and then coming back for a pool swim. The pool is shady in the mid-late afternoon, which we also appreciated. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the solar power and Tesla batteries. PR electricity has been spotty since Hurricane Maria, and there was a whole-island, 2-day blackout while we were there (the second in 5 months). With the solar power at this place, we almost didn't notice. Allison was proactive in keeping us informed about the power situation. Thanks for everything, Allison!

Everything was very good, Vanesa was very kind and always attentive to questions The place was just as expected Maybe it's a bit expensive for being on the third floor without an ocean view, but well, it's what was available

This property is DR paradise!!! The staff Luz, Altagracia and Bernardo go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect (they are the nicest people). My top priorities are safety and cleanliness which were 100%. The beachfront makes this an excellent location. And also There's restaurants, activities, and shops just steps away.

Loved how clear and detailed the instructions were for check in and check out. This place was spotless, it was very accessible and I also appreciated the private parking lot. I will for sure be booking again in the future if I were to be in this area again. I had good communication with the host and any questions I had were answered quickly even though it was late at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time with our two young kids at the apartment for the week! Everything was as described and easy to find. The location was quiet , at least whilst we were there, and is in a great location within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. We really appreciated Donna’s responsiveness on messages, the parking permit included , beach towels and bucket and spades which were well used on most days. Can recommend shaded playpark at South Point Park which also has a fountain / splash pad for any families with young kids. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a family trip to south beach!

We came to Aguadilla to visit friends. The location made it extremely easy to get to and from our friends home. It was close to the airport, with many stores and restaurants in the area. Brian was a great host, and always responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely stay at his place again.

This apartment is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect space for two people. The outside was dreamy, tranquil and romantic. Lights came on every night giving the space a wonderful ambience. Our host Albert was welcoming, responded quickly to our questions and provided recommendations for local restaurants. The place was well equipped including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. I especially liked the small clothes line which came in quite handy. A car or taxi is needed as beaches, shops, restaurants are about 15 minutes away. There is a local grocery store close by. My husband and I had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

Chloe was amazing since the beginning of my reservation. Her place had everything that me and my family needed. I super recommend her airbnb and would love to back in another opportunity in Miami.

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was perfect. Ariel was very attentive to us. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the little touches upon arrival. We really loved it. Definitely Recommend!!!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You will have your own private courtyard plus access to a private pool & a private entrance. Pool area is beautiful, huge palm trees like a resort. Inside looks exactlyy like the photos. Hosts are super nice and friendly, they had free snacks and waters for us. My boyfriend and I loved this place and felt at home. We were sad to leave!

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Francisco was amazing. Very friendly and great communication. Very private area outside behind gate. Clean outside and inside. Updated bathroom comfortable bed. Overall a very nice stay and would book again.

I had the best time at Josh's place, neat little hideaway,lots of plants beautiful warm pool and walking distance to the beach very short walking distance to the beach 😀 didn't have to look for parking loved it.

Everything is very good, you can feel the peace that you don't find elsewhere. And as a host, he takes tips. It was a good choice.

gratis place... spacious and super clean

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I highly RECOMMEND. 👍🏾👌🏾
