Very clean . Large room with private bath and sink . Met all my needs . Because on 3rd floor lot of steps to navigate . You get sufficient step exercise. Shop close by with delicious bakery goods and sandwiches

Edward was easy to work with and presented everything just as you see it. Everything was very clean. The location is within easy reach of many food destinations and access to the local activities. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kutztown University, which made our visit a breeze. Aaron is very communicative and helpful. Very interested in making sure everything was going OK. The location is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that felt extremely safe. It is very close to all sorts of shopping (groceries, drug stores, Target/Walmart) and many restaurants. It is an area that is very easy to drive around, get in and out, etc.
