Wren cottage is a unique and gorgeous little 400 year old, 1 bed character cottage with a big personality! Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Our cosy Barn is furnished to a high standard and is situated close to the main house in nine acres of grounds and within walking distance to two idyllic villages which have excellent dog friendly pubs. It is ideally positioned if you are seeking a relaxing break with many stunning walks and bike rides or wish to work away from your office. A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

Pewsey is situated between Stonehenge and Avebury and we are only 7 minutes walk from the railway station amid a wealth of outstanding countryside. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance in fact a car is not at all essential to your stay. Our little artists hideaway is a unique space full of quirky artworks in a garden of sculptures. It is very comfortable, warm and private and has easy access to all the amenities of the village.

Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.
