House vacation rentals in West Coast

We had the most beautiful 2-night stay at Chateau Clarence Point with our family from April 17th to 19th. The home was even better than the pictures—so spacious, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our little ones loved the playroom and all the space to run around, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful views of the Tamar River and cosy evenings by the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some lovely family meals, and the whole house just had such a calm, welcoming feel to it. The hosts made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect way to start our Tasmania trip—relaxing, comfortable, and full of lovely memories. Highly recommend this gem to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Will definitely stay at this place again, very nice property

We had a relaxing trip, the house was great for our two families with kids. The pizza oven was definitely the highlight and the view was gorgeous Kitchen had more than you need and everything was well stocked.

We as an extended family make this a regular family getaway. We have always had such a great time and thoroughly enjoy all the activities on offer. Some fierce 8 ball is played. Cricket and football in the huge yard. A spot of fishing nearby and swimming in the beautiful pool is always a highlight. An added bonus this year was getting a message to say we could check in early. Thank you again. The memories we get from our stay are beautiful. A trip to the Beaconsfield mine was also a highlight this year.

Fantastic accommodation. Location was perfect. Lots of room. Everyone loved the hot tub. Even able to see the aurora one night.

Kyle’s place was absolutely amazing. I stayed there with my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding, it was absolutely stunning. Perfectly designed. Very comfortable to stay in.

We had a great stay at Bee and Co’s Turners Beach house! The whole place was spacious, clean, and really well equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the heated pool! Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to visit again! :)

Beautiful place to stay. Extremely clean and tidy with a very comfy bed. Cannot fault anything about my stay. Scott was so friendly and hospitable. Really easy to find and Scott's instructions were perfect. I will definitely be back.

A lovely warm historical bolthole from which to explore Strahan and surrounds. On the other side of the bay to the township and right near the historic railway. Beautiful sunsets over the bay. Also highly recommend the Regatta Point tavern (very short walk) for dinner and Gordon River Cruises for an unforgettable day of history and hospitality on pristine waters. A great long weekend - thank you!

If you want something cosy with country charm simplicity and beautiful views (and sheep right outside!) then I recommend this cottage. Big enough for a family of four. We stayed two nights and I regret not staying longer. About an hour drive from Cradle Mountain visitor centre, it’s well located and easy to find. Responsive hosts too, thank you Kim and Dee!

An absolutely wonderful stay! This house truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, offering a direct and breathtaking view of The Nut right from the property—waking up to that scenery was magical. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, even leaving a bottle of wine as a welcoming touch, which we greatly appreciated. Inside, the space is cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

Peter’s cottage is cosy and inviting, a lovely renovated 2 bedroom house with plenty of character. It was spotlessly clean for our arrival and had just about everything we needed. The one small item we required was missing, and Peter replaced it very promptly. We had a very comfortable 4 day stay in Evandale, a beautiful village, and would highly recommend Peter’s house.

The view is absolutely stunning and even better than what the photos show!

The stars, the peace and the wildlife.. this place had it all. We were in Tasmania to watch our son compete in a rowing tournament and picked the property because of proximity… but it was so much more than convenient… it felt like home. It was peaceful and super comfortable, have not slept this well in ages. Felt like visiting a favourite relative. Gen was a joy to communicate with and everything was as described.. the property is amazing, the walks so good and the tree house loved by Ms 12.

What an amazing place to stay. Away from the busy city life! Peaceful, private little "Hideaway" and lots to do. Well worth our stay. Regards, Sam & Family.

Superb place to stay when wanting to do the Zeehan Parkrun. Very clean and well equipped. Every little thing thought of. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay if you don’t want to have to share your mountain experience with other holiday makers - just a short drive to Cradle and great facilities for catering yourself.. could have stayed a week!

Eagle Nest III is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The view is breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, and the whole place feels like a dream come true. I was honestly amazed — didn’t expect to find a place this magical. The host was fabulous and gave super clear instructions. The outdoor hot tub is a must — easy to use and perfectly placed to soak in the stunning mountain views. The road to the unit is easy to access, and once you’re there, the peace and calm are unmatched. There’s a cozy fireplace with plenty of firewood, so no worries about keeping warm. Plus, the nearby farm animals (chickens, cows, bunny!) make the whole experience even more delightful. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and already thinking about my next visit. Highly, highly recommended! :)

Cosy and comfortable after a day exploring the wild side of Tasmania. Great shower with loads of hot water, a toasty fireplace and fluffy doonas kept us warm. A gem in Queenstown. Thank you !
