Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. This house was easily one of the best airbnb houses I have ever stayed in. Mark was helpful, communicated with ease and the you tube videos of all possible 'tricky' points preempted any questions we might have had. The house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing whilst we were there, plenty of space and beautifully clean. I would and will happily book this house again without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s place, it was perfect for two families with young children as they had a great play room, plenty of space and good-sized rooms. It was great that it had parking, and also a lovely garden where we could spend a bit of time in the sun for dinner.

The Avon lodge was the perfect retreat for a relaxing couple of days in the countryside. The house was beautiful, cosy, and spotless and we will definitely be returning. A bonus was our lovely host Carole, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning which were delicious!

We stayed at this cottage with my parents and our 1 year old daughter, whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studio which was a short drive away! It was a really lovely cottage in a lovely area. The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfy. Paul was very helpful with my requests regarding the baby gates and cot, which made our stay with a 1 year old very easy! Highly recommend this cottage!

We had the best time! The little hut is very beautiful and the interior shows how much thought the hosts have put into it. There was nothing more we could ask for. Everything in the little home was perfectly arranged, with much attention to aesthetics and comfort. The surroundings are also beautiful and calming, looking out of the window onto the fields at sunrise and relaxing by the fire at dusk brought the feeling of serenity we so longed for a weekend. We were lucky to see the deer herds on our forest walk and to have been visited by the resident barn owl after dark! Excellent communication with the hosts, nice pubs and nature walks nearby. Perfect getaway, especially if you don’t want to travel far from London!
