Outdoor you will find an outdoor seating area, exclusive to the annexe, with swing chair and dining set. Towels, bedding and toiletries are provided

The Studio is an airy, calm space: Kitchenette & table 3 seater sofa & smart TV King size bed & dressing table Bathroom: bath with a shower Washing machine, iron & board Entrance hallway: ideal for bikes & boots. The Studio is on the first floor via a private staircase.

Relaxing luxury lodge Ideal place for horse racing

3 bedroom spacious lodge set in a private 22 acre park with FREE SECURE PARKING. Newbury Racecourse is on one side of the park and Crookham Golf course on the other. Living and dining areas in the lodge are open-plan with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views are through 2 sets of bi-fold doors. A built-in fire safe BBQ is attached to the outside decking (no other BBQ's can be used). Hot tub is not in use. Guests use mobile phones, create a hot spot for Wi-Fi. Not really suitable for infants.

Relax with friends or family at this peaceful two bedroom cottage in the the countryside, with its own garden. If you're following the Ridgeway, bring your well behaved dogs, horses or bikes. Dog treats, stables & grazing, secure bike storage and collection service available. The cottage is a mile from the village of Compton, with its pub and shop. It's 2 miles from the Ridgeway and close to the A34 and M4. We live next door so can help out whenever you need us, or just leave you in peace.

A wide variety of excellent pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all within walking distance. Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) is 15 minutes by car. Vodafone Headquarters is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury Racecourse is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury railway station is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car.

Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.
