Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in West Beach Promenade

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

Great place, comfortable, lots of space, max 10-15 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Very good restaurants in the area, and also a supermarket. Many thanks to Inma, she is such a kind and helpful person!

Had a wonderful stay in Esteban’s apartment. The apartment was spotless and in pristine condition. The location was just as perfect, walking distance from the beach in a very private area with lots of amenities nearby. Nevertheless it is Esteban that deserves to be praised the most - without going into details, the epitome of a great host.

Family week in Karen's apartment super well,it is very cozy and quiet, good location, main services nearby. There is a park where the kids have a wonderful time In the pool the children have enjoyed a lot. They were always on the lookout for us. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially after locating the elevators to the beach/boardwalk level, which enabled us to go to local restaurants and explore the beach area with several long wooden walkways to the shore. The flat is bright, clean and comfortable. The terrace is spacious, with full view of play areas and pretty sunsets. The heated pool is great. Railings to safely enter and exit would be appreciated. Clear signage to the elevators would be helpful to those who want to explore the local area and don't have a car. Taxi fares are high. For us it was a great place to take a break.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

We loved our stay here. Carlos and Irene were fantastic hosts with super friendly and proactive communication. The apartment is perfect for visiting with kids… our toddlers loved all the toys and books inside the apartment which made our stay very easy. It was super clean and light with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t use the other facilities in the complex (pool, tennis court, playground) but they looked very good. The location is great - it’s right by a lovely beach, lots of good restaurants and very convenient for Alicante airport. All the stuff you need for a day at the beach is already at the apartment (beach toys, wagon and umbrellla). Thanks for a lovely stay :)

The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, lots of nice extras, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt etc. The balcony was huge with all the furniture you’d need, although quite windy as it’s at the top of a hill on the 30th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The storage space could be better ie more droors, hangers in the wardrobe. Plus more cutlery & crockery, there’s a dishwasher but we couldn’t use it as there wasn’t enough to have one set in and one to use. The 2 seater sofa not the most comfortable. Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay, the location is perfect and Juan was always on hand. We will defiantly return.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Definitely of the best apartments we've been to. In addition to being clean and tidy, it had all kinds of amenities and details that made the stay even more pleasant. The ease and kindness to get to the apartment, as well as the communication with Abdelhakim. We were going with two girls and he left everything ready and organized to make everything easier for us. The residential development is great and very close to the beach. Definitely 100% recommended. We'll be back!!

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s apartment. It is in a lovely location and across the road to a beach. The view was spectacular and the apartment was lovely and clean. There was a swimming pool on site, along with a tennis court, gym, squash courts and a table tennis table. There were restaurants outside the apartments and we were a short trip away from El Campello which was easily accessible by car and tram. The tram stop is just a short walk and although it runs behind the apartment it didn’t disturb us at all. Caroline had good communication throughout. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely book again.

Clean and pleasant apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Excellent host. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Recommended for families.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Superb townhouse, even nicer than the photos suggest. This Airbnb is obviously someone's home, the fittings and furniture are high quality and beautifully appointed. We absolutely loved our stay in this townhouse and would thoroughly recommend it. Having the garage was a great advantage. The principle bedroom ensuite is huge, with a double walk in shower and standalone bath. Javea is a beautiful place and the old town, which this property is in, is on the doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The local market was a favourite with us for breakfast. The port area is only 15 minutes walk and Arenel beach area a further 20 minutes. We visit Javea often, and we'll be returning to this townhouse. Contact with Inge was easy, friendly and prompt. Thanks for your help Inge.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

Great house near the beach. Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with its location, design, several great terraces and comfort. Glad to come back!

Lovely location for a beach holiday, beautiful sandy beach within 200m Very quiet area so if you are looking for night life maybe look elsewhere but for us it was perfect. Thank you.
