Condo vacation rentals in West Bay

Stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was clean, safe, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect. We loved being able to snorkel just steps from the property and enjoy the sunset from the pool. The views from the Airbnb are STUNNING, pictures don’t do it justice!! We also went scuba diving with Elizabeth’s company and had a great time. Awesome experience overall!!! Highly recommend to anyone :)

This is a beautiful newish condo on the water. It is a great location for diving as many of the boats depart about 3 blocks away. There is a beach at that site but it's not that great. The better beaches are a few miles towards town. The owners/management company were extremely helpful and communicative. The interior decorating was very modern and clean which I love. Overall a great place and would stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We rented unit 3B. It’s the upstairs studio apartment. The unit was very clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the balcony with our morning coffee. The view is amazing! The pool is perfect with plenty of floats and lounge chairs. The beach area is cute but, not very friendly for ocean swimming there. It would need to be a very calm day especially for inexperienced swimmers or children. I highly recommend beach shoes! It’s rocky. The area felt very safe. We walked to several restaurants and the nearby pharmacy. Must try Heritage kitchen! The food is amazing and inexpensive. We also enjoyed homemade Italian food at Bella Trattoria. Pepper’s is driving distance and also has great food and drinks! We enjoyed a beach day at Governor’s beach. Our unit was missing a beach umbrella. Don was very responsive to my message and had one delivered a couple of hrs. later. The Westin hotel is right next to Governors beach. Great lunch

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it. Condo has every detail covered, all high end appliances, cook ware, and linens. Very quiet with an exceptional pool that includes built in stools, wadding area and plenty of room to swim laps. The sea pool was a great addition, easy access, good access out to the sea. We saw a large variety of fish daily including rays and an occasional nurse shark.

Great condo located on West Bay. Condo is exactly as described in a small 3-story building. The view was amazing. 🌅 We were able to even see bioluminescent lights in the water to the right in many clear nights. The pool and live ocean pools were great amenities. We rented a car and would recommend for anyone staying here. The bed was great and we were glad there were shades and curtains to block the early morning ☀️! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful! Very clean vacation home, has everything you need and more! Morning coffee on the balcony over looking the pool, we also enjoyed the bbq area. Don is an excellent host! Steph and family

Great location for that part of the island. We found a few good restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Grocery and liquor store right down the street. We had coffee on the front patio and met a few nice neighbors. You couldn’t actually see the sunset but you could see the beautiful changes in the sky, and snorkeling in our front bay was very nice. Great efficiency condo for a few day stay!

This was a GREAT experience. Very welcoming, right away met with a beautiful and just unreal view. This visit made me fall in love with the Cayman Islands and already planning my next trip!

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

The condo is perfect for a couple. The location is convenient—very close to groceries, restaurants, and a great public beach (Governor's Beach). A great value as well. Everything was clean and in working order. Martina was a great host, and communication with the property manager Ruth was fast and pleasant. While we didn't use the condo's pool or tennis courts, it was nice to have those options as well! We had a great time in Grand Cayman and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo!

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

Nice place Craig was very helpful and always answered my questions also gave us some good advice loved the view it was a plus we had parking.

We are 3 adults, and 3 children aged 11, 14 and 15, and we visited Grand Caymand Islands for the first time. We spent 3 days at Kevin’ place. The apartment is very well located, has all the amenities you can think of. Checkin/checkout process were super easy, and the host is always quick to respond. Will definitely go back. A+++

We had an amazing stay & I’m already planning to come back in the spring. Lucky for us, this condo was just remodeled. It is beautifully decorated, has all the necessary amenities and more. In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice & all the available amenities were not listed at the time of my booking. A washer & dryer was newly put in as well, which we were very happy about. Our favorite thing about this condo of course is the location. The beach is literally steps away & we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there are lounge chairs already set up for you. The two gazebos and palm trees provide plenty of shade. The water is pristine. We had a fantastic time. One person mentioned that it’s next to a public beach & on cruise ship days - it gets noisier/more crowded. This is true, but during our one week stay, this was the case only one day & it did not bother us.

Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at. Clean, very new unit and furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella.. The hosts were extremely responsive, providing pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and various locations around the island. Great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Very quiet area, yet the complex also has a few great places to eat, a bakery, and supermarket/liquor store. Highly recommend.

Very secluded area, which we prefer, but plan on driving a bit to restaurants (except for one across the street open for dinner only). One of few private sand beaches outside of the Seven Mile area. It was cleaned and raked at least once during our stay. very beautiful views, but not really a swimming/wading beach due to heavy sea grass on this end of the island. There is a pier on property where you can enter past the see each grass, but we didn't do that. Lots of tarpon in the area you can watch from the pier (no fishing).

My family had a great stay here. We really enjoyed the quiet this place offered. We used the pool everyday and had it to ourselves every time. There's this little ocean hole almost like a tide pool (dont know how to describe it), but it was great! I snorkeled in there and saw butterfly fish, blue tang, juvenile french angelfish, lots of sea urchins, fiddler crabs, etc. Host responded pretty fast to my questions as well.

Beautiful location and views, homey and well-provisioned condo, and a responsive, helpful host. We were a family of four there for a dive vacation, and this place was a great choice. We were five- to ten- minutes away from everything we needed--West Bay shore diving and boat diving docks (Divetech was a great choice for us), Foster's grocery store, Heritage Kitchen, Macabuca/Cracked Conch, sunsets on Cemetery Beach or from the great balcony or shoreline overlook at the condo, great shore fishing, and lots more. Any downsides? Grand Cayman is growing fast, and there's a lot of construction everywhere, including next door to Bonnie's Arch, but it was low-key/noise save for one morning. And note that Bonnie's Arch as far as a snorkel/dive spot is hit or miss in the winter months due to weather and currents; it was too rough while we were there till the last day when we did some snorkeling, and shore diving would entail driving to Georgetown to rent tanks. Even so, we had a grand time!

Condo 38 was well updated and modern. Extremely clean and well stocked. Loved the private beach. We had both the sunrise and the sunset! Snorkeling was ok for refreshment. Great beach chairs and pool. Restaurant Pappagallo across the street was excellent. We loved this place. The owners have done a great job with it. Definitely recommend and want to return.

The place is amazing. Beautiful house is a nice neighborhood by the ocean. Duncan is a great host, very responsive, helpful and flexible. I will definitely come back
