House vacation rentals in West Bay Beach

Wow! This place is amazing! I love the house, this house is better, more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was so clean, nicely decorated, so much space, the pool was a huge hit for my 7 year old kid. I love absolutely everything about this house! Manny was very responsive and helpful. He answers almost immediately to any questions we had. Super polite, respectful, friendly.. amazing host! The only thing that was not a big deal to us, but might be for other people, is that the beach is not the best, in order to go to the best beach, you must take a water taxi to West Bay (by Infinity Bay). It’s very close but it’s $5 per person, per ride. However, if you want to enjoy a peaceful, quiet place, this is the place! We left this morning and I already miss it!

We found Sarah's place to be the lovely quiet tropical get away we were looking for. It was very roomy. A real treat was the community pool in the back yard that us and the neighbor had almost exclusive use of. The pool and properties are well cared for. There was 24/7 security at the street entrance and patrolling the neighborhood. We ate most of our meals in after stocking up at Eldons and enjoyed occasional outings. Relaxing, swimming and snorkeling were our main goals. The property is on a hill and returning from the pier was a bit challenging for two 70+ yo. We often stopped at the cafe after a few hours snorkeling for refreshments or a meal before the short climb. We saw a big variety of tropical fish including Eagle Rays, eels, tangs and Lion Fish. Also large schools of Grunts and Sargeant Majors and a few sea stars. We have been to Roatan many times and loved this quiet retreat. But if you like to explore a car would be necessary or grab a cab or collectivo.

This home is absolutely stunning. My friends came out for 5 days and were in awe of how large the property is. There are two rooms in the main house, with two apartments underneath, and two casitas right next door. This home is perfect for a multigenerational family or a group of friends because everyone has their own space and privacy when needed. The groundskeeper was incredibly helpful, and the property management company was very proactive and communicated extremely well to make our group feel comfortable - setting up transportation, offering to book excursions for us, etc. They went above and beyond to help my friend who had issues with her passport and documentation - personally driving to the airport to help her. I cannot say enough amazing things about this home. From the private pool and tiki bar to the private dock where water taxis picked us up....it was exactly what we needed. The home is a little tricky to find, so paying for the airport transfer is worth it.

Great place, Katie was a great host, very accommodating! Quiet and clean. Beautiful view, from deck and infinity pool! Having a bbq was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

Beautiful home in the perfect location half way between West End and West Bay. Just a short walk to the fun and welcoming Beach Club with delicious food, a refreshing pool and access to the beach. We walked 5 minutes every morning to a fantastic dive shop - Clearwater Adventures. The place itself was spacious, clean, and well appointed very comfortable for our family of 5. Highly recommend and we’d love to stay here during our next dive trip to Roatan!

The Dock resort made our first time to Roatan the most memorable trip we've ever taken. It's truly one of a kind!! The staff is absolutely amazing and totally worth the small extra fee. The property itself.....well, I can't even put into words how amazed us and our 6 adult kids were the minute we stepped out of our airport shuttle (which Tony had set up for us). We all agreed this is a "must visit again" place to stay!!! Thank you so much to Tony and "The Dock" staff for helping make this vacation the best we've ever taken as a family🥰

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb with my husband, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining, which truly enhanced our experience. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. We loved waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee by the pool. The walk up the hill was requires some leg work, but we loved the exercise! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The host and his wife were so kind and friendly. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay, pick Casa del Eden.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Casa, it was exactly what we were looking for, not separate hotel rooms but an environment where we could be with family and enjoy some private time as well. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. The house really is beautiful. Very happy with the amazing hospitality provided by Marnie and her crew. Will definitely pass down the information to family and friends.

We had some amazing days together with my family at this house, we were 7 members and we were all happy about the location. It is the best area of Roatan, West Bay with its beautiful beaches, so it is advisable to rent a car or walk about 25 minutes to a closer beach. The views of the house are amazing, wonderful. The host's attention was also flawless.

Me and my parents loved our time staying here. It was really close to everything. Lovely restaurant on your door in Lily Pond and then a great bar Sundowners with nice food within a few minute walk. Apartment was lovely as we're the hosts. Always offering great recommendations, phone numbers for taxis and water taxis and recommendations for great places to eat. The apartment itself was clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Very happy with our stay

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The price was very good for the time of year we went (Spring Break). Very close to the beach and multiple restaurants. Woody's Grocery is mere steps away, which was very convenient. I would gladly stay here again. If you are coming to this location, just be aware that GPS won't be too helpful. Instead, just follow the recommendation to look for Woody's Grocery and the Argentina Grill (they are side-by-side) in West End near the shoreline. Woody's Dock is another landmark you can look for. The street beside Woody's Grocery is where you want to be. Look for a gate with a padlock on it. The property is right behind a three-story structure. Other than some minor difficulty locating the property (I didn't pay attention to the above info initially), checking in was easy. The host was already waiting for me to help me check in.

This place was clean and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and mini market. Apart from a excellent property, the host was accomodating and very responsive. During our stay we experienced "Hurricane Sara", this property kept my family safe! I love it here. I'm definitely coming back!

Barb and Jay’s place was absolutely perfect for us! It’s an adorable set up that makes you want to stay forever. They both were so kind, helpful and very responsive. They had a taxi pick us up from the airport and take us to the property where they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It’s super close to the main strip of West End, we walked everywhere. Overall great stay, great people, would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful casita in Roatan! The space was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up just steps from the beach in such a peaceful setting was a dream come true. The surrounding tropical gardens were lush and immaculately maintained, adding to the relaxing, private atmosphere. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were warmly greeted with delicious, freshly baked breakfast bread—a perfect welcome! They arranged a seamless airport transfer and were consistently responsive and helpful, offering great advice and assistance as we planned our activities around the island. This casita is a gem—whether you're looking for rest, adventure, or both, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Alessandro has an amazing home. The amenities are great.The location is key as well it’s very walkable. Alessandro provided great communication. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay there again if I get the chance to go back !

The place is very clean, tidy and safe. The private dock is spectacular at night, and going with the family to talk there is amazing. Everything is the same as in the photos and the pool is a plus!

This place is heaven… the house is so spacious and beautiful. Big rooms and bathrooms. The gardens are beautiful. The location is perfect, directly on the beach. It is better to have a car. I regret to not have stay longer. I hope i can come again at this same house. Highly recommended

We love the house so much, in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood, it is so clean, beautiful and spacious, plenty of towels, the only thing is the dryer doesn't work, I texted the host, she sent someone to check it, then no more response after that. We had to hang all the towels and clothes everywhere like a laundry room.

The view at this place is fantastic! We would definitely stay there again just for the view. Hot water would have been nice but I understand it is in progress. It was a bit difficult to locate at first but is a beautiful house. Thanks for sharing it with us!

We loved Casa Mantra! We had so much privacy and tranquility. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking; we didn't miss anything. The house was super clean and wonderfully cozy. From the very first moment, we felt at home and loved the two balconies with views of the greenery. The extra costs for the air conditioning are negligible. We had the air conditioning running every night and ended up paying about 20 US dollars for 6 nights. Don’t let that discourage you. Casa Mantra is an absolute feel-good place and for us, a little paradise with the nearby and very quiet beach. Ilara is the perfect host, always reachable and very helpful. We will definitely be back! 🤍

This Airbnb was perfect for our family. There was ample space, very comfortable beds and great kitchen supplies. The two bathrooms made it easy to shower at the end of beach days.
