This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. Private Basement Studio with separate and private entrance in a safe residential Long Island neighborhood. The studio is right off of the southern state parkway and seconds away from Sunrise Highway Rt 27. Golfers and bikers and for Jones beach! LIRR Babylon line which is an easy 60 minute trip to NYC 15min away from Adventureland, 45 min away from Splish Splash Water Park. Lot's of restaurants and bars nearby!

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
