As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. My house is newly renovated (2018) and decorated in a stylish manner. Located on the 6th floor with amazing view, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (both of them have Satellite 32’’ LCD TVs), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and espresso machine etc. The bathroom is nice and comfy with shower and amenities. You can relax in the overlooking lounge or in its private balcony. The entire apartment is avalaible for the guests. Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, bars, super markets and coffee shops. We personally welcome you and guide you throughout the house, giving you all the necessary help. We are at your disposal for any other information you need, places to visit or things to do during your stay in Athens! The apartment is right next door to the National Technical University of Athens. The National Archaeological Museum is a few steps away, and all of the city's popular historical sights are within easy reach. - Very close to Omonia Square where you will find a Metro station (200m.) - Once you exit the building, you will easy find public transportation in Patission str. (buses and trolley) that will take you in almost all of Attica's destinations. - Taxis on the streets available 24/7 The 80m2 apt (located on the 6th floor), is brand new inside (renovated in 2018). It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) and both bedrooms have a Satellite 32’’ LCD TV. The apartment has a nice, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with shower, a separate lounge with double sofa bed, balcony and a Satellite 42’’ LCD TV and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
