Ab und zu hört man die Bahn vorbeifahren oder die Autobahn. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof Wulsdorf. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Bus. In 50m Entfernung befindet sich ein großer, gepflegter Spielplatz. Ein eigenständiger Check-In über eine Schlüsselbox ist auch nach der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit möglich. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Umgebung in absoluter Natur, in der Nachbarschaft ein Landwirt mit frischer Milch und ein Galionsfiguren Schnitzer, Platz im Freien ohne Ende, Grillen am Strand bei traumhaftem Sonnenuntergängen , geeignet für Paare, allein Reisende und Geschäftsreisende.
