🌿 Small cozy holiday apartment in the heart of the Eifel – ideal for relaxing, hiking, biking or motorcycling and exploring. Particularly noteworthy are the furniture made of soothing pine wood, which ensure a pleasant indoor climate and a good night's sleep. The garden with a barbecue area is just steps away from the house. Unfortunately, we do not have a living room in the apartment. Close to excursion destinations: Nürburgring, Ahr Valley, Lampertstal, Aremberg Castle Ruins, Freilinger See and Three-Mill Waterfall.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Relax with the whole family in this spacious and nature-friendly home. The house is renovated and is located in the beautiful North Eifel, in Aremberg. Two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with sofa bed, a spacious kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom with shower and guest toilet are included. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. If needed we can provide 2 more sleeping places with private entrance and bathroom. The journey time to the ring is about 20 minutes.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The stylish vacation home in the Panoramaterrasse 13 in Rieden am Waldsee is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation. It can accommodate up to 6 people and impresses with modern furnishings, bright rooms and an inviting atmosphere. The highlight is the panoramic terrace as well as the private hot tub and sauna, which provide relaxation in all seasons. Quiet, natural location – perfect for relaxing days with friends or family (dogs are welcome!).

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
