Vacation rentals with a patio in Werse

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Claudia is a very kind host. Communication with her was quick and uncomplicated. I can recommend the place.

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It is located in a quiet area, fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the tranquility and beautiful garden view. Johny was very helpful and responded to my concerns right away. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Adam's place was very nice and modern, just like the photos depicted. Everything was super clean and Adam was always on hand for questions. There were issues with the internet and TV one evening. I reached Adam the same evening and he took care of it the next morning and fixed the issue. Just great!

I've been with Barbara for a week and couldn't be happier that I stayed with her! After a problematic accommodation before, Barbara offered me a small paradise at short notice that is really worth every penny. The apartment is absolutely clean and well maintained, the bathroom offers full privacy, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly – all very important to me. The location is ideal: Shopping and restaurants are only 600 meters away. The beautiful garden can be used, and as a special highlight there is a sauna with a fire pit in front – perfect for cozy evenings. Barbara's kindness makes the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could give her 6 stars, because they would really be deserved here. Thank you Barbara for this perfect accommodation!

Flat was great , Ralf was super cooperative and friendly. We forgot the key inside late evening but Ralf came to open in very short time . Over all experience was great and surely will come again to Ralf in future

Despite small problems with the heating, we had a good and relaxing time thanks to the quick solution possible and were looked after in a very friendly manner.

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green. We recommend staying with Vanessa and would love to come back. Thank you Vanessa for a lovely stay.

A lovely place to unwind. Beautiful environment with beautiful marked hiking trails. The cottage has all the comforts and is also wonderful to stay outside with nice weather. Fine beds and furniture. We enjoyed with our dogs.

We had a wonderful short stay in the cozy wooden house of Norbert and Rabea. The two are very friendly. Everything went smoothly, both in the previous communication and on site. We fully recommend the place. :)

You feel right at home, I had a few nice and relaxing days there. The location of the apartment is beautiful right by the forest. Perfect for a big walk. I couldn't have been happier. I was in the country house for five days to fast and to be alone. I wanted a quiet, cozy place for that. When you come in, you feel right away as if you were coming home. Due to the location, you really don't hear anything, no street, no neighbors, no trampling from above, etc. The underfloor heating is totally pleasant, the bathroom has a great shower and the many candles provided (including lighter!) create a really nice atmosphere when it gets dark so early in the evening. The huge bed is for people who like to sleep a little harder, and the super comfortable sofa for people who like it softer. In the distance there are several farms and the area is very suitable for walking; there are also almost no cars around. Thank you very much for this great experience!
