The vacation rental is in the tranquil vacation spot Carolinensiel. It is located in a quiet dead end street a few meters from the tourist hustle and bustle. The balcony offers a beautiful view and invites you to relax. The interior design has been modernized with attention to detail. Amenities for the daily Needs, including free Wi-Fi, are at your disposal. You can park your car during your stay in the garage. The beach is also within walking distance in about 2 km.

An 80 m², cozy non-smoking apartment with its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, living room and dining room, both overlooking the garden and access to the large south terrace. Our fully managed farm in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea is an experience for young and old at any time of year. Situated directly between the dikes in the bird sanctuary, you can enjoy the special flair of our small Swedish village and bring your children a little closer to life on the farm. We are located in the immediate vicinity of Carolinensiel but still belong to Wangerland/ Friesland. You can explore the area ideally by bike.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Cozy attic apartment only 400 m to the dike

The apartment 8 is a cute attic studio for 2 people. Since it can only be reached via a spiral staircase, we only recommend this apartment to young couples. The sloping ceilings create the special atmosphere in this studio. This apartment has a living/sleeping room with cooking facilities and separate bathroom. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from us on site.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
