Zum alten Museumshafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés sind es ca. 300m. Den Strand bzw. Fähranleger zur Insel Wangerooge erreichst du in 1,9km. Der Edeka (200m) hat häufig sogar sonntags geöffnet. Im großen Garten stehen ein Fußballtor sowie ein Basketballkorb bereit. Wir vermieten die Wohnung seit Juli 2025 nach einer Kernsanierung.

In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
