Perfect place to stay in the upper valley! Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and easy in and out!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Ray's place was immaculate. It is newly remodeled which gave it a light and airy atmosphere which is hard to find in the NH airbnb market. The open concept was wonderful for our party of 4 adults and 4 young children. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the fireplaces were an awesome added touch for our winter getaway. Ray was extremely responsive as a host and was able to come and plow the driveway for us after a significant snowfall. We cannot wait to stay again in the summer to enjoy even more of the outdoor amenities and amazing views. Thank you Ray!

My husband and I love this little cottage! It’s our second time visiting in six months and we already can’t wait to go back! Mike & Terry are amazing hosts! Everything is spotless and anything you could want or need is available. The sunroom is perfect for morning coffee and the porch is perfect for an evening cocktail. Incredibly comfy, peaceful, and relaxing! Thank you for everything! 🥰💕
