The open-plan 50 m² apartment is located in the attic of our old farmhouse and was newly built by 2017. The old roof beams, clay plaster walls and furniture provide a cozy rustic flair. Four large skylights illuminate the former dovecote and offer beautiful views of the Deister-Sünteltal. The latest technology, such as 2 induction cooktops, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and much more, is included. The separate daylight bathroom offers a large bathtub with shower zone, as well as a washing machine.

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

Hannover, Hameln and Hildesheim are easily accessible via federal highways 3, 217 and 1 in about 30 minutes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2-room basement apartment at the foot of the Deister. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails right outside the door.
