Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Apartment in the mountains

Nestled in the middle of the Hohe Tauern surrounded by mountain meadows and nature, this attic apartment not only inspires with a fantastic view of huge mountain peaks but also with its stylish furnishings and layout. Nearby are numerous excursion destinations, ski resorts, tour skiing routes, hiking routes, via ferrata, bike paths, gorges and much more. Since we have a very small agriculture, there is also the possibility to contact our sheep.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The slanted little house

The "slanted" holiday home with that special something. Many people say that, but with this little "treasure" it's true. Guaranteed. Our holiday home is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park, near the Großglockner and the Dolomites, in the small community of Rangersdorf/Tresdorf. The completely renovated Carinthian wooden house offers comfort and warmth paired with the luxury you want for your precious vacation time.

Cozy nest for two

Relax, relax, enjoy nature, unwind and just do what you feel like. On our farm in Tresdorf - A small place, sunny location, in the heart of the Mölltal, right by the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearby ski resorts invite you to ski in winter and the Mölltal Glacier, and even beyond. The "Alpen Adria Trail" on the mountain and the "Großglockner Radweg R8" pass directly by us, they make hikers and cyclists beat faster.

Holzhutte Andrea

This nature cottage in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is in a sunny, quiet place. You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it a great place for families with children!
