The house comes with its own private pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda West adjoins this property, and sleeps two extra people in one bedroom.

DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, OCEAN and SAND, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
