Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Sweet little cottage in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location on a garden plot. Great panoramic view of the valley over Fichtelberg-Neubau. In the immediate vicinity of Lake Fichtel and the Naabquelle, it is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, the cross-country ski trail entrance is nearby. Due to the location at 800 m above sea level, it is relatively snow-proof. In case of snow, access directly to the house is not guaranteed. Depending on the road condition, parking is 500 m away.

Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The newly renovated apartment is located right next to an equestrian center near Bad Weißenstadt, a charming small town, and just 5 minutes by car from the lake. Perfect base for activities (hiking, biking, skiing), visits to the Siebenquell thermal spa, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic, and more.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nice near the forest and is very suitable for hiking and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; a shower or bathtub is not available.
